Jhenah's POV:
I've always wanted a "dramatic" life. As an idealistic individual, i'm very passionate about reading inspirational books that I want to experience their lives firsthand (weird right?). A life that has many flaws but still worth living and trying so hard to overcome the hardship of poverty are two of the best achievements in life a person can have. Poverty
is better than my oh so perfectly boring life!
I especially hate it when people at school tell me "Jhen, you're born with a golden spoon stuck in your ass" or "your life is perfect, I wish I could live like you too!" Psh, if only you knew how sad my life truly is!
My parents are both astronauts for NASA. I have two older twin brothers, Jake who is a famous musician and Jack who is an NBA player. They're barely at home which means more parties for me and my fake friends!
The only true friend I have is my hamster, Sugar! However, she died last week due to stomach illness (unfortunately, I fed her too much)!
That same night I was star gazing from our balcony (my favorite thing in the world is astronomy by the way) I saw a shooting star. Closing my eyes I wished religiously "Oh shooting star, please give me a different life!".
The next day everything changed. I'm living in another house (if it can actually be called a house that is) with another family. I've been here for a week now! My name and status in life changed. How awesome is that?
Or so I thought...
