Sisters Of Olympus: Hera's Revenge

Chapter One:

Leo was tampering with a little piece of machinery in Bunker 9. Percy and Jason had just dared Annabeth and Piper to drink a temporary sleeping potion Clovis had lent them.

"Just do it, Annabeth!" Percy insisted.

"No way! I'm not stupid like you, Seaweed Brain!" Annabeth retorted.

"Come on, Annabeth, it's not like we're drinking poison!" Piper coaxed with her charmspeak.

"I've been your friend for four years, I think I can outsmart your charmspeak." Annabeth replied.

"Do it! Do it! Do it!" They all chanted at the top of their lungs. Even Leo started to join in.

"Fine! I can't take it anymore! I'll do it!" Annabeth bursted out.

"Way to go, Annabeth!" They all cheered.

At this point, Leo had turned the small piece of machinery into a bigger machine the size of a lamp.

"On your mark, get-" Leo started.

"-It's not a race, Leo." Annabeth interrupted.

"Fine," Leo said grumpily. "3, 2, 1, GO!"

Annabeth and Piper gulped down the sleeping potion and instantly they fell asleep. Leo got up from where he was sitting and flicked both of them on the forehead. They had no reaction.

"Good, they're asleep. Go get the markers, let's draw moustaches on them," Leo said excitedly.

"Wait, what's that?" Percy asked, gesturing to the piece of machinery in Leo's hands.

"It's a small piece of machinery that I found on the table." Leo replied.

"That's small?" Jason asked with a confused expression.

"Well it was small when I first found it but I started playing with it and this happened," said Leo with a shrug.

Percy and Jason both nodded. It was only a few seconds later when the earth started to rumble.

"What's going on?" Leo asked, a tinge of panic in his voice.

"I don't know I-"

Then it all went black.
