Julia ended up convincing her sister and Ryan ended up convincing her parents. Now the only thing left to do was pack. Vanessa was excited she had always wanted to do this, the only problem was Amy just HAD TO HAVE her autograph. Apparently, the rad tads are a big band which means it's going to be even harder for them to track them down and get an autograph. Vanessa was packing all the essentials needed including sanitary wipes and cleaning stuff. Vanessa's mom had always taught her to pack that stuff to clean the room and she made sure to pack sheets to change the ones in the hotel. She felt like she had enough packed with lots of extra clothes and beach stuff. Vanessa was putting her luggage by the door when her brother came in. "Why are you packing beach stuff when you'll be in the forest?" Jasper asked. "There's no need to know why you're not going on the trip so it's none of your business. Now get out of my room." She said closing the door on him. "Fine, I'll just have to tell mom that you are doing secret stuff" Vanessa had to think quick. "I lacked beach materials because I know that it will be hot out so I just decided to treat it like an uh... vacation!" Anthony wasn't convinced but passed it off as one of those girl things. "Ok well, I'm going to a friends house tell mom for me. Bye!"
Vanessa was relieved but it was now or never. Then she got a group text from Alex "Change of plans we have to send emails to our teachers if we want to leave early tomorrow!" A series of panicked responses came back. Vanessa turned off her phone and went downstairs. "Hey, mom I need to use your laptop!" She yelled through the house. She quickly pulled out her phone and told everybody to start sending their emails at different times. Ok, she could do this just send an email and that's it ok. "Mrs. Hawkins I would like to tell you that Vanessa has to go out of town for a family matter that needs to be handled. She won't be there on Monday so I hope she will be able to catch up when she comes back. Sincerely, Anne McCoy"
Perfect it was only 3:30 P.M. Which left enough time for the others to send theirs. Only problem was when her mom got a reply I guess she'll just have to keep tabs it's not like her mom knows how to work her computer anyway. While Vanessa got away with hers the others were still struggling the email was convincing, but it was the reply they didn't think out. Alex said they could just leave and when their parents got the reply they would be far away. Sunday night all Kory could think about was how fun this trip was going to be! His parents had raised him to love adventures going to all kinds of different festivals and countries if anything this wasn't new. His younger sister doesn't really enjoy it as much she just wants to read or play quietly like who even does that!? Kory was often the one out of all his friends to take a risk he didn't mind though because that's what kept life interesting. He eventually fell asleep and couldn't wait for the adventure of a lifetime.
