"W-what!" I choked over my words. I was breathing heavily trying to catch my breath. I don't know if I was happy sad or down right surprised! All I knew is my life would never be the same for that moment on, but what I didn't know is...that was a good thing.

I walked across the street to go to school in old man tripped and dropped his cane and he couldn't get up no one was helping him so I ran over pick up his cane and helped him up he said he was very grateful and went on his way.
I open the doors to the school and walked in, and I walked in to class my heart was thumping so hard I felt like I was I was cartoon character
"Hi I'm new here my name is Selena. But you can call me Cat." I said a little bit of confidence in my words
"Why hello, you can take a seat next to Marinette and Alya" said Miss Bustear

well looks like my first day wasn't a total disaster for once I might actually fit in here I thought to myself.
As the bell rang I stood up and gathered all my stuff then the girl that the teacher Marinette came to me and said
"hey were having a class sleepover you want to come?" I looked at her I knew my mom would never let me go unless................ I said it was a slumber party I texted Mom and told her what it was and she said yes
