Anna's POV

Silence................

Nothing happened after that.

John just disappeared and I could not hear his yell anymore.

I started sobbing with my legs to me face, hiding in the corner.

What if the shadow killed John too?

I can't think straight anymore.

I have no family...................I have no where to go....................I have no hope left in my body........

I am all alone in a place that I don't then and I just want to leave this scary lonely life.

I can't handle anymore pain. I am past my limit. I thought this would all be a good idea. Come to camp, make new friends, have fun..........

But, NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!

Something bad had to happen and I would get my heart broken and I would feel abandoned.

I could not just stay here crying for the rest of my life so I just stand and almost collapse. I sharp pain shoots through my legs and I go off balance. I plop back down until what seems like grass or hay. I try again this time using a bar for support. It hurts so bad to stand and when I try to walk I let out a little whine in pain. I keep going even though it takes all I have.

I finally come out of my dark corner and a small light blinds me for a few seconds. There is no one near by and thank God for that because I sound like an elephant every time I take a step. The ground is covered in metal pieces and I it makes a clinging sound every time I step. When I am finally out of the darkness I start to shiver at the thought of what happened to John.

I got to stop being scared and find were that room I was in before is at.

I start walking toward I light when I hear footsteps behind me.

I turn around. Nothing. I keep walking and hear it again. Nothing. It must just be my imagination.

The sound won't stop and when I turn around I come face to face with the unwelcomed guest.
