I run through the woods, my crossbow loaded in hand. I jump the ravine onto Cullen territory and flip up onto another layer of land. I run and jump off the other side before continuing my journey. I sense unwanted vampires and run toward the area. I catch the scent of many werewolves and roll my eyes before moving faster. They know they can't catch them right? I push myself faster and slide to a stop. All of the wolves try to stop them. My eyes glow from under my hood and I aim the crossbow before pulling the trigger. The arrow flies between the two vampires and they laugh at me.

"Did you honestly think you could get both of us?" One sniggers.

"Actually, I did." I smirk before covering my eyes as the sparks release from the arrow. I hear their pained cries and wait ten seconds for the sparks to stop. I move my hand and straighten my form.

"Nice shot daggers." I hear Emmett say.

"Yeah, shut up muscles for brains." I retort.

"You could've called." Carlisle says. "We didn't do what we were accused of."

"We do not care what you did Carlisle."

"We've been waiting a millennium for someone to rebel against the Volturi."

"This won't lead to a fight." Carlisle states.

"You don't know that Carlisle. Alice wouldn't have left with out having a good reason. You don't know what she saw, and neither does Edward. All I know is that this probably won't end well." I say.

"Marie Jeanne?" One of the vampires whispers. I turn my head toward it.

"Argent, Jazmine Argent, and I am not nor will I ever be Marie Jeanne. I have put up with that bitch for just a little too long." I sneer.

"Ouch, that hurts." I drop my crossbow before spinning around and roaring, my claws and fangs coming out. "Yikes, that's not a good look on you."

"Okay, either shut the fuck up, or I'm going to put so many bullets in your head not even god will recognize you." I pull out a gun and aim it at her.

"You have something that belongs to me." She states. "And don't try to act like you don't know what it is Jazmine."

"Why should I give it to you? You're just going to use it for your own pleasure."

"Give me the arrowhead little girl."

"Not in a million years chienne."

"That's very rude, hand over the damn arrowhead or I'm going to take it myself."

"Have fun, you'll be prying it out of my cold dead hands."

"Don't threaten me with a good time."

"Why don't I just kill you and we can this this over with real quick?" I cockily smirk.

"Go ahead and try little girl." She bites back.

"I'll see you in hell Marie Jeanne." I pull the trigger and all of her skin turn grey as black veins run across her body. My eyes change color and her body breaks like glass then turns to dust. I spin around on my heels and switch my eyes Back. "Well, that was fun."

I take off my jacket and hang it up. I take off my pants and put on compression shorts before a pair of loose cotton shorts. I take off my shirt and change into a sports bra before putting on baggy tank. I put my hair up into a messy bun and look in the mirror. I look my age for once. I walk downstairs and sit on the couch.

"Do you know how the Soviets lasted in World War Two?" I ask the shadow I've obtained over the past few days.

"They knew how to survive a Russian Winter." She replies quietly.

"A very wise yakuza boss once told me that you do not fight a tsunami, you endure it. Before he was a Japanese Yakuza boss, he was sensei, before that a munk, he simple lost his ties." I state.

"We don't need to fight, we need to outlast." She infers.

"Exactly." I fold my hands behind my head. "Come sit, I won't bite." I wave a hand to the rest of the couch. She sits beside me and folds her hands in her lap.

"Know thy enemy." She quotes.

"Anthony Douglas." I huff.

"Or the Volturi, I may not know much, but I have inside knowledge. I lived in Italy, then I found out about a Huntress in need of an army of loyal soldiers and jumped on the first flight to the United States. Then I heard the Huntress was in a small town called Forks, Washington. I hitchhiked all the way from New York, New York. It took a week, but I made it here." She tells.

"What do you know about them?" I ask.

"They want power, people like Alice and Edward. Aro has to come in contact and remain in it to read your mind. Edward doesn't. He wants Alice to know if someone has done something, and what she has is essential to his plans of the perfect coven. He won't stop there though, he'll go for the child, then the Indian who can control the elements, then the girl from the amazon, then the girl from Denali, then he will track down all of the rest and take them all. If you want to weaken them, take the power."

"What I want is what I've always wanted- power."
