There was this police investigator with a business minded wife who recently franchised a restaurant business (dine in and take out). The couple liked the food so much and they always eat there (breakfast, lunch or dinner). They were offered to franchise the business,for only 20% down payment and the rest will be paid 5% monthly for one and half year. The restaurant business is well-known for it's delicious dishes, especially their Tocino. It's so tender and the sweetness and saltiness is just right. That's why they grab the opportunity to franchise it.
