// It has been a while... //

I started running to the direction of town, which I at least knew was in that direction. Covering my ears as I ran, the thoughts of that mad man eventually died down as my breath shortened from the run. The closer I got to town and the farther I got from Matt, the more my thoughts quieted down.

I took in deep breaths as I finally reached the edible food store where most people went, mostly for the free wifi and rap battles judged by Hannah the Thug. My throat had tensed from the escape of the thoughts I'd tried so hard to get out of my head and I needed something to cool myself down. The thoughts were still buzzing at the back of my head, but now that I didn't have Grover's face and voice anywhere within my personal large ass bubble, they had quieted down.

I leaned onto the counter until I was finally able to stand up straight and ordered diet bleach with ice. When the order was placed on the counter, I carried it over to the far corner of the lounge past the rap battle stage, then I sank into a chair.

I then drank my diet bleach, almost as good as bleach, but not as deadly.

It was good.

My cell phone began vibrating intensely in my pocket and I almost spit out my wonderful bleach. Hell no, I'm in emotional pain, I am not going to put up this.  No.

Finally, after purposely taking my time to finish my bleach just to annoy the other person trying to have a conversation, I slid the cellphone out of my pocket and looked at the message. Naturally, it was the jACKASS MATT WHO I DO NOT WANT TO THINK ABOUT RIGHT NOW. Smh.

I stood up immediately after screaming in public and walked over to the counter demanding another diet bleach with ice. The nervous man behind the counter put down a cup of heaven shakily. I slammed down 5 dollars and took the cup. I screamed "KEEP THE CHANGE" as I ran out of the door. I made a run for my house, that's it. No more keeping it at a distance and being in FRICKIN DENIAL. The faster I got home, the quicker I could fRICKING DESTROY THAT CHEATING MAD MAN.
