"Hey Georgia come sit with me!"

I swear,my right eardrum burst right then.

I turned around,no way!My best friend Olivia was here at my new school!Yes!

"Welcome to Oak Halls Georgia!"

Dropping her lunch tray she ran up and hugged me tightly.

"Thanks!So what you doing?"I asked after she released me.

"Apart from eating lunch I'm admiring the popular table.Wish I was there..."

"Why would you want to be on the popular table?The girls there are as fake as Barbie dolls and the boys are way too full of themselves. And they eat salads.I haven't eaten a salad since never."

Olivia shrugged her shoulders and continued eating.

I looked at the popular table.Something or rather someone caught my eye.It was a guy sitting on a chair.Girls were crowding around him,feeling his hair and totally flirting their heads off.He was definitely a girl magnet.Good thing I was more guy than girl...

"So you gonna sign up for anything?"Olivia asked.

"Yeah,football I'm going to the try outs after school.What about you?"

"I'm going for supporter try outs this afternoon but I don't think you should join the football team at our school football's more a guy thing.."

"Which is exactly why I'm joining..And by the way what's a supporter?"

"I know you've just started living in England and all but seriously?You know in America how they have cheerleaders?Well in our school we call them supporters."

"See ya!I'm going to the library to get my ID photo taken."I yelled walking out of the cafeteria.

The hallways were huge,how the kids in there didn't get lost I had no idea.

The library was giant and spacious,shelves and shelves of books and quite a few computers.

"You're then new girl right?"a voice said.

I turned around and smiled

"I'm Georgia!Nice to meet you..."

"I'm your guide, Andrew I'm supposed to show you around the school."

"Well you haven't been doing a good job of it.I had to find my way around this palace of a school."

"Well little miss feisty what brings you to our fine library?"

"I'm waiting to get my ID photo taken if you must know."

Speaking of my photo..

"Are you Georgia North?"a short woman with brown hair asked.

I nodded.

"Time for your photo."

"I'll wait for you."Andrew said.

I sat on a brown stool and pushed my hair back and smiled.I did a teethy smile,that morning I brushed my teeth really well.Honestly I spent like fifteen minutes on it.

After she finished taking the pictures she went to a computer at the back of the room and printed out the best picture,with my name printed on it.My name looked good in print.

I glanced at my watch,I'd been in the ID room for 20 minutes.Oh yeah!Andrew was waiting for me all that time.I walked back into the library.Andrew fell asleep on a desk.Aww..Guys always looked cute when asleep.

"Wake up sleepy head.."I said shaking his head.

"Hey.."he said sleepily.

I walked to my locker and took out my schedule to compare with Andrew.It turned out we both had French,English and Physical Education together.

"So are you my guide or my stalker?"I asked walking towards our English class.

"A little bit of both.."he replied a hint of amusement in his voice.

In English class we were told we had to write an essay about ourselves to read out at Friday assembly.The groans from the room were probably heard from across the Pacific.It would be so embarrassing to read out about ourselves in front of a judgmental audience.

"What are you going to write about?"Andrew asked.

I rolled my eyes,how could my seat partner be so dim?

"I'm wondering about writing about myself,what about you?"I asked.

Andrew laughed

"I mean what about yourself? You can't write anything too personal or else you're going to get a round of laughter."

"Don't know yet..I'll think about it when I get home.Bye!"I said walking out of the classroom.

I walked to my locker to grab my books,Andrew followed me.

"You doing anything after school?"he asked

"Yeah!I'm trying out for the football team."

Andrew's smile faded

"I don't think you should join the team.Last years captain thinks girls should be adoring him not scoring goals."

That guy sounded like such a jerk if that dude was rude to me in anyway at all I would shave his head bald.

"Dude I'm totally going I don't care what that guy thinks.He can keep his stupid opinions to himself,that selfish brat!Girls can play football just as well as guys maybe even better."I declared storming off.

What was with everyone? Trying to discourage me we from joining the damn football team?I was going to show Olivia,I was gonna show Andrew and I was sure going to show Mr.Sexist!
