Chapter one-still lonley

I heard the bell ring and all the kids from my science class flood out the door as my teacher remind the class that we had a test on Thursday. I gathered up my notes and headed out the door after all the other kids. My name is Kelly Patterson and I am an only child. I have light blond hair and blue eyes. I always have my longish hair in a french braids. I live with my parents on the corner of Neal street.

At the cafeteria I got my lunch and found a empty table at the back near the garbage can. I really wish I had some friends. As you may have heard me mention before, I have none. I walked back to my locker before lunch was over and organized all my binders and headed to my math class early to study for our test tomorrow. I didn't let the fact that I was upset about not having any friends bother me. I really needed to get a good grade on this test, it was worth half of my final grade. My parents told me is I passed this test they would get me that Fitbit I wanted. After about 7 questions that I found the answers for, Tori Clark, the meanest girl in school walked in and complete ignored me. Finally, I thought, a break.

Tori could eat whatever she wanted and still be the skinniest girl in school. Everyone was jealous of her, including me. Once I saw her at my favourite ice cream parlour; Double scoops. Tori ordered the biggest cone on the menu and ate it all and she is still supper skinny.

Then the teacher walked in and told us to take a seat. She got us to do more practice questions. She graded them and I got 24/25. So I need a little more practice but who cares, I'm going to the mall tonight so I can get a birthday present for my dad. His birthday is in one week and I don't have a clue what to get him. Then the bell rang interrupting my thoughts . I headed for my next class.
