Chapter One

(That's obviously not WillDip but it's cute anyway.)

3rd Person POV

I'm not afraid anymore, I'm not afraid.
Forever is a long time, but I wouldn't mind spending it by your side.
Tell me everyday I get to wake up to that smile.
I wouldn't mind it, no, I wouldn't mind it.

Will was currently singing softly to himself, hoping his master couldn't hear him. Last time he heard Will sing, the bluenettes punishment was far worse than the days prior.

Carefully, were placed for our destiny
You came and took this heart, and set it free
Every word you write or sing is warm to me, so warm to me
I'm torn, I'm torn to be right where you are

Will always wanted to be loved and to love someone, making him eventually realize that his heart was taken by his cruel, yet nonetheless attractive, master. He wanted to show his feelings, but his fear was greater to the man than his courage. If Will told his master how he felt, he would have gotten beaten to a bloody pulp, no doubt about it.

"William!" A familiar voice shouted, making the bluenette break out of his thoughts and make his beautiful voice crack under the weight of his anxiety.

Will jumped up from the bloody ground of his 'room', which was more like a deadly pit of pain and sorrow that swallowed him whole With every beating.

"Y-Y-Yes m-m-ma-master?..." Will stuttered, looking at his master's shoes while looking down.

There were lots of ground rules at the Gleeful's home, and eye contact was one of them.

"What did I tell you to do!?" Dipper seethed with rage, gripping the front of Will's torn and tattered clothing.

"I-I-I d-don't-" Will couldn't finish his sentence before getting socked in the jaw, making tears roll down the terrified demons cheeks.

"I told you to tell me when it was 11:30 since I had a meeting this afternoon! What did you not do!?" Dipper shouted, looking at the time which was currently 11:45.

"T-T-Tell y-you w-w-what t-t-time i-it w-was..." Will looked down more, feeling the chain around his neck get tugged hard as the Gleeful tugged him close, so their faces were practically inches apart.

"You're lucky that I won't kill a demon as worthless as you, your power is enough to keep that shield around my home." Dipper's voice was laced with venom, sending shivers down the bluenette's spine as Dipper towered over him, making him look more threatening.

"You better not forget next time, or you'll get a punishment in the morning then the afternoon, and the worst one of all at night." Dipper shoved Will, making him fall to the floor as the chain clattered against the dark floorboards.

Will couldn't make the tears stop streaming down his face as he put a hand on his cheek, shaking in fear. Why was this his life? He didn't do anything to deserve this. Nothing at all, it's all his fault. Will knew it was, but he couldn't blame him, after all, he was the reason Will was able to finally find someone he loved oh so dearly...

But they wouldn't love Will even if their life depended on it, and the poor bluenette was aware of that. Will began to cry harder from his own harsh words.
