Inhabitants of planet Magilsya and Ziemia breathe in a different kind of air. Breathing this air for fifteen years enhances them, giving them special powers, also known as 'Skills'.
Planet Magilsya is perfectly content with existing the way it is. Planet Ziema, though, seems to want more power a.k.a Planet Magilsya's land.
