I stared longingly into his eyes. They were the color of the ocean on a warm and sunny day. His smile was wide, and his teeth were pearly white. He had shaggy blonde hair that swooped down to his eyebrows. He was about a half a foot taller than me. He always laughed, and had a good time. That's what I loved about him.

I was interrupted from my daydreaming when my best friend Crystal rapidly waved her hands in front of my face.

"Um hello anyone in there?" She shouted, people around us started laughing. I blushed a deep pink.

"Oh uh sorry, I was just.." I stopped. I couldn't think of a good excuse so I just changed the subject.

"Anyway can we leave now? I'm full and I'm ready to get out of here."

Crystal giggled and gave me that "girl please" look.

"You have got to stop thinking about Blake." She said.

"People are starting to notice. "

Without thinking I grabbed my hot pink coach purse and put on my black and white plaid p-coat and climbed out of the booth. I didn't want to stay at Red Robin any longer. I was embarrassed enough as it was. Looking towards Crystal, I motioned my head towards the exit.

"I'm leaving. Come if you want." I said, adding a hint of sarcasm to make myself clear.

All Crystal could do was stare at me. She put her coat on and grabbed her keys.

"Ok fine! I'm coming!" She said, throwing her hands in the air. "But you can't keep walking away. You guys broke up, and that's all there is. He's over it, so why aren't you?" She pushed passed me and headed towards the door.

I looked at Crystal from behind. Her dark, brunette hair was so long it went down to her waist, and she was maybe 5'5'. She had long legs and a small torso. She was naturally tan, and she had warm brown eyes that were always lit up. She was always happy, and positive. We looked nothing alike. I had shoulder length blonde hair that was curly and I had hazel eyes. I was short, maybe 5'2'. I was scrawny, and didn't have much of a figure, unlike her.

I ran to catch up with Crystal. Waving my hand to keep her from driving off.

I gasped loudly and then opened the car door.

"Thought you were leaving for a second." I said between breaths. "Haha let's forget about Blake for now. We have one week of school left of our junior year. It's important. I don't want to ruin it."
