As Chase walked up to her with a huge grin on his face, he almost looked at her with pity, confusing Savannah as what was going on in his mind. They've been together for 8 years, ever since fourth grade. Savannah doesn't like to bring up the fourth grade because that's when she lost her best friend Vincent, or as she calls him, her Vinny. Savannah's mind wandered to when she was 10 and with her best friend Vinny and them walking down the street together, ready to fight the dragons at the end of the street. Chase and his friends were waiting for Vinny and Savannah at the end of the street, looking for a battle. Chase was envious of Vincent's relationship with Savannah, he had her first, she was his play buddy. And he didn't necessarily like to share.
"Savannah?" Chase said as he brought her back down from wonderland.
"Hm?"
Savannah said. Chase sighed, he didn't want to repeat what he told her.
"Did you hear what I said?""No?" Savannah almost said in a scared tone. Chase sighed and ran his down his face.
"We're breaking-" He was abruptly stopped because the front door slammed open with a great force and a man entered. He had broad shoulders, wore dark clothes, had a god-like face, and dark hair. You could feel the bad boy vibes reeking off of him. Savannah turned around just as the mysterious stranger and her made eye contact. Vincent knew right away who it was, it was his first love. He quickened his pace and easily picked her up. He hugged her and spun around with her in his arms. Savannah squealed and hugged him back. Everyone stopped, watching them and Chase, watching what Chase would do, or something else.
