Well, before you ask why she is like this, then lemme tell you, her upbringing, her parents, her friends made her like that!!

Its awful to our lives which always gets influenced by such external agents.. Events we wanna get it under control but circumstances are such which our lives shape according to the society, surroundings etc etc..

She has a bodyguard named Abhimanyu..

Abhimanyu a small light in her dark world.. He treats Nandini like his own sister.. Out of everyone in the whole world Nandini gives some respect to Abhimanyu. Note the words some . Abhimanyu always protects her and warns her.. Abhimanyu is acquaintance for her since her childhood.. He is well educated but didn't wanna leave nandini alone.. As when Abhimanyu s mom was alive, she is Nandini's care taker who has given a mothers love to nandini and she equally loved Nandini and Abhimanyu!! As her last wish she asked Abhimanyu to be with nandini 24×7 and should take care of her. So as per Mothers wish he is protecting Nandini.
