It was a beautiful morning on Academy Island as a plane flew overhead with young, eager students on it ready to duel. It had already been several years since Duel Academy had been open to any new students after the incidents revolving around Jaden Yuki and the rest of his acquaintances. Now, on the plane was tons of eager young duelists, but one duelist didn't seem to pumped up. The student was a fifteen-year-old girl, she was a loner, sitting by herself in the secluded backseat of the plane. She enjoyed solitude.
"I hope no one tries to be my friend. It will make my school year easier", the girl mumbled to herself as the plane landed onto the island runway.
As Yuna was in the back, she ended up being the last of students to leave the aircraft. Upon her arrival, Yuna ran into a wall and knocked herself to the ground no less leaving her long violet hair in the way of her eyes sort of like a bridal veil. To the surprise of everyone around someone was trying to pull her back up to at least sit.
"You okay, miss?", the person asked while he was pulling her hair away from her face.
"Yeah, I just whacked my head a bit too hard," she said to herself with her hand on her face,"And who you are?", she stated plainly stretching her arm out to greet the kind stranger before stuttering at the question as Yuna was now face-to-face with Jaden Yuki.
"You're at Duel Academy, dear, and I'm Professor Yuki, but you can call me Jaden.", he said in a semi-serious tone.
As if things couldn't get weirder two duel monsters appeared around Jaden, but only he and the girl could see them. One of them looked like a kuriboh with wings, and the other for sure looked like a hermaphrodite horror of some sort. Although as I stared at Professor Yuki and the apparitions around him, my classmates stared at me dumbstruck at how clumsy I must have been to have landed in this situation.
"Hey Jaden, get the students to the assembly, or we'll be late.", cried Alexis Rhodes in her teaching attire from afar.
"Chill out, Alexis; I'm on it.", Jaden yelled back.
The fallen girl's gaze turned glassy as she stared at the card she now held in her hand. Its name read Dusk Dragon as the image of a dragon similar to the picture below staring back at her.

She was taken aback by its beauty and brilliance as she fell into a hypnotic state.
"By the way, what's your name, miss?", Jaden asked snapping her out of the trance.
"Oh, mine name? It's Yuna?", she replied snapping out of her trance
"Okay everyone come follow Yuna and me if you're hungry.", Professor Yuki yelled and then suddenly all the students started chasing Jaden and Yuna down like a pack of rabid dogs.
"No one said this would be easy!", Jaden yelled to Yuna while running as he glanced at the girl who looked like she was starting to have an asthma attack.
