Chapter 9: Not So Far

Gajeel's⛓POV:

I told Lucy to stay with Levy while me and Natsu try to beat the demon. It was harder than you think it would be. Honestly, o started to lose hope. I just wanted to defeat this monster and go home with Levy. And Pantherlily I didn't think of a better victory then that😉.

"Hey Gajeel", said Salamander. "What"?, I said. "We need a plan. We can't just keep throwing our powers away like this without one." "Good idea", I said.

Did Salamander really have a plan, or is he just being stupid. "Have Lily and Happy fly you up to the monster's head and hit it will your giant iron cylinder thing. That way he can turn around while I attach him from his back.

2 hours later

"Hey Gajeel!", Natsu yelled. You could tell he didn't have any strength. "I found a weak spot. But we need to combine our powers to defeat it.

End of Gajeel's⛓POV

Natsu's🔥POV:

The weak spot would usually be on someone's heart, or even head. But for some reason the weak spot looked like it was on its lower back. "Get over here Gajeel," I say. "Hurry before I pass out." I was on the edge of falling, but Happy kept me up. I had to stay up. I have to defeat this monster and get back to Lucy.

Finally, Gajeel comes and we get in sync and both Roar.
"FIRE DRAGON!", "IRON DRAGON". And we both yell,"ROOOARRR".

We hit the ground and there was a lot of fog. By the time it cleared up, both of us passed. The monster was not even effected.

End of Natsu's🔥POV

No One's POV:
"Did you really think it would be that easy to defeat me?", said the demon with laughter. "I have already told you that I am the most powerful demon of the book of Zaref. I'm more power ful the Demon King himself.

"I will end both of your misery and let you die." The demon raised his foot and was planning to stomp on Natsu and Gajeel. But then,a blue and black cat swooped them just in time with both Lucy and Levy in their hands.

"You can not run away for long "said the demon. I will be back. And I will destroy you." Then, the monster disappeared out of thin air.
