The Dollhouse

Part 1

In the year 1924 A family of four lived in a beautiful house in the woods. The couple, Hazel and Edward Fawn, had two little girls.Juliet was 13 years old,her sister Rose was 11 years old both girls loved to dress up in cute dresses from their mothers closet although they were too big they still made it work because they didn't have much to do in their home.Their parents lived a wonderful life they had their two beautiful little girls and the house of their dreams.It was amazing, until Hazel became ill with a deadly virus, when they found out Edward was heartbroken.The love of his life in excruciating pain he couldn't believe this was happening so he didn't. He continued on with their normal everyday life, even though Hazel was in pain she couldn't let her daughters see her in pain because she knew it would scare them, so she kept going.

August 10th 1924,Hazel only got worse, the medicines she was given didn't help, eventually she couldn't take it anymore she pulled her husband aside and explained to him that she couldn't hide it anymore, she could barely move, it was over. Hazel and Edward called their daughters into the living room and had them sit down.

"Girls", Edward paused, "your mother is very ill and I'm afraid ,she may not make it".

"Juliet,Rose I love you both dearly, I am deeply sorry you both have to witness this you are too young but it must happen", Hazel began to tear up as she continued, "the doctor wants me to not have to suffer anymore,they want me to stop fighting and to let me go as peacefully as possible". At that point Hazel could no longer stop the tears as they fell down her rosy cheeks.

Both girls get up and run over to their mother, pulling her into a tight hug as they all cry over the news that was just given. Soon their father joined them in the hug but a few moments later Hazel pulls away to kiss the girls foreheads, giving them soft smiles she stands up and slowly walks to the her bedroom. Hazel laid down in her bed,Juliet and Rose join their mother on each side of her, hugging her.

After an hour of talking,laughing,and crying thinking of good times they spent together Hazel started to cough horribly. Terrified as she started to cough up blood Juliet and Rose covered their eyes and cried as their mother slowly stopped breathing.As she took her last breath she looked at both her daughters and softly smiled,

"I love you two with all my heart be the good girls you are I will miss you".

She cried as she kissed her husband one last time before she took her last breath.Rose was the first to break down holding her mother's hand she screams

"Mommy please please don't go"!

Grabbing both girls Edward pulls them into his chest and hold the crying pair as he looks as his deceased wife. Calmly he pulls the girls into their bedroom, lays them down on their beds and walks out of the room.He rings up the local doctor telling him the upsetting news he rushing down to check on Hazel and pronounces her death. He brings some of his workers to take her body to the local church to prepare her funeral.
