"This match is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Los Angelas California, Zoey Valentiiiine!"
"Show time kid." I breathed to myself before skipping out when my music hit. I made my way to the ring, giving high-fives to the fans along the way. I slid into the ring and blew kisses at the crowd. I blew a kiss at the ring announcer Justin, who shifted his tie nervously. He's so fun to mess with.
"And her opponent, from Ponte Vedra Beach Florida, Alicia Fox!"
Alicia's music hit and she made her way down to the ring, swinging her shirt over her head. I rolled my eyes. It's not like I hated her, but she's super annoying. The match began and we locked up. I grabbed her by her hair and threw her down. She tripped me and I fell face first. She jumped on me and pulled my arms behind me. After struggling for a bit I was able to counter it and I threw her off me. Before she had enough time to recover I pulled her up and jumped up and grabbed her shoulders with my knees in her back and fell backwards. I rolled her over on her stomach and stood firmly on her lower back and pulled her arms behind her. She told the referee she gave up and I got the win. I showed off a bit and blew the crowd a few more kisses before making my exit. I was looking down at my phone on the way to my locker room when I heard a quiet voice.
"Hey, good match."
I snapped my head up and saw Roman Reigns standing in front of me. My heart instantly started to flutter.
"Thanks."
For a few months now he would stop and say hi or congratulate me when we bumped into each other, but I felt my heart race every time. He smiled warmly at me before turning to walk away. I jumped when I heard another voice beside me.
"WHAT was that?!"
"Geez, Aj you scared me!"
"Oh, I'm sorry! It's just.. I can't believe he talked to you."
"What do you mean?"
"He doesn't talk to anyone except Seth and Dean. Well.. he's always arguing with Dean but you know what I mean. Aha. Mean. Dean."
"Oh God." I had to hold my laughter in. She's always like this. But it did spark my curiosity. "But, he doesn't talk to anyone but them?"
"Nope."
"Wow, seriously?"
"Yeah, super weird right?"
"Yeah. He says a few things to me every now and then like it's nothing. Why me?"
"I wish I knew. Consider yourself lucky though right? He's fine." I giggle. Leave it to Aj to make googly eyes at every guy.
"You're so straightforward."
"Thanks! But anyway I have a promo with Brie to do so I'll talk to you later, okay?"
I nod and as Aj leaves I become lost in thought.
That night, after the show is over and I'm leaving I realize I left my cell phone in my locker room. As I'm walking back to my locker room I get an uneasy feeling. I'm the only person back here, other than people out front putting away the arena, and there's hardly any lights on. I hear a faint noise coming from one of the rooms. I check the name tag on the door and it says "Dean Ambrose." I hear a lot of noise coming from inside so I open the door slightly and peer inside. Dean's standing there with a bottle of some type of alcohol in his hand. His face is red and he looks furious. With the bottle still in hand he starts knocking things off his dresser and off the tables. I'm watching him intently when he looks in the mirror and notices me standing in the door. He turns around enraged.
