Ch-1

Looking over at the mirror, checking my hair which was curly and all over my head then, at my formal outfit that I had to wear today which consists of black tight pants, a tucked in white button up that wasn't fully button at the top with, a thin black blazer and some red bottom heels. I can say I was feeling my self but today wasn't a day for me to be acting hype.

Today we find out if they gonna let Jahseh off or throw him in jail and for how long.

After making sure I had everything before I left I grabbed my purse and keys and walked out the house, making my way to my White Mercedes Benz C250 Coupe I got in and started my way to the court house.

"Another court date today for Jahseh."

I thought to my self as I walked into the room that the sentencing was being healed at.

Sitting down next to Jahseh and his lawyer, he gave me a slight smile happy that im here to support him.

I looked around to the room to see familiar faces and unfamiliar ones.

I see Stokeley, trunks, and Ms.Cleo behind us and on the other side, i see his ex, her lawyer and a couple of her friends.

I bring back my attention to the front where the judge is coming in. The only reason I'm sitting up here with Jah is because I'm going to be testifying what really happened.

After the judge made sure everyone swear that they weren't gonna lie today we began to start.

About 20 mins later... after the lawyers talked it was my time to go up on the seat...

The judge began to talk after I sat down next to him facing everyone.

"So Ms.Moore you say that you were there that day where the altercation happened, right?"

"Yes, that's true I was there"

"Ok so will you tell us what happened that day"

"Yes"

-FLASHBACK-

I was driving me and Jahseh back to his house after dropping Stok and trunks off after a long day of chilling and shopping at the mall.

I was supposed to be staying the night at his house cause he doesn't like me driving almost an hour to get back home this late and tired so he suggested that I stay at his place tonight.

Today was a good day we were in a good mood all today I felt like nothing could mess this up.

We were sitting in the car while I drove with music that was turned down we were sitting in a comfortable silence Jah was looking at his phone with a stern look.

"Whats wrong?"

"mhm? oh, I don't know I haven't gotten a text from her all day, I guess it's nothing" he shrugged

He's right that is a little strange because usually when he's out with me she blows his phone up almost every minute asking him what he's doing. I really don't know why but she doesn't trust us together I guess she feels like ima take him from her.

"Eh maybe she went out with her friends today, you know how she gets when she's with them"

"Yea you might be right her friends do be keeping her away from her phone, hey I trust her and she trusts me so I have nothing to worry about."

"there you go vro" I said smiling at him

But frfr I don't really like his girl I never did I feel like she would always keep my best friend away from me cause she always acting jealous.

But I put up with her cause she makes him happy so I'm not gonna ruin his happiness.

...Around 15 minutes later...

We finally pull up to the house I help Jahseh with his bags as he struggles to get his keys out of his packet.

I really had to pee from the icee challenge that we had which was to see who catches brain freeze first I lost the first round and Jahseh ended up winning against stok.

He finally got the door open and I quickly dropped his bags and ran up stairs to the bathroom. Hearing Jahseh yelling at me for dropping his new box of sneaks on the floor.

"AYE NIGGA HOW YOU GONNA JUST DROP MY NEW STUFF LIKE THAT"

"WOULD YOU RATHER HAVE ME PEE ON THEM?"

"NO"

"OK THEN"

after using the bathroom I saw Jah coming up the steps with half of his bags heading to his room since I was the closest to the door I headed for it.

I just wanted to know if she was her cause it's awfully quiet in here.

As I was about to open the door I heard shifting and hushed whispering and Jah came up behind me speaking.

"Why you stop?"

I nudged him and began to open the door to see something that I thought was happening for the longest.
