Have you ever thought back on your life? Thinking about how you met your best friend, or when you fell in love for the first time? I was doing this right now, I don't know why. Actually I do know why, it's because I've got my arrow staff in my chest, with my boyfriend kneeling beside me, trying to pull said staff out.
"It's ok, your going to be ok!" He says, rushing to get it out without hurting me, even though I'm numb and can't feel anything anyway. Maybe I should start from the beginning. My name is Y/N L/N, and this is how my life goes.
----
"Hey Y/N, what are you doing today?" My best friend, Naomi asks, resting her head on the back of my seat, looking at me with her curious blue eyes.
"I have to go home early today, I'm moving to stay with some family friends while my father is out of town." I answer her, fixing my books up so I can put them in my bag.
"Damn, I was going to ask if you wanna go to the movies, but since your busy-" I quickly interrupt before I begin to feel guilty.
"Maybe next time, ok. I think I'm free tomorrow, I'll let you know." I click my side bag shut, before swinging it around my shoulder. "I'll see you tomorrow, Kay?" I look at her, raising an eyebrow while waiting for a answer.
"Yeah, see you tomorrow. Bye." She gives me a quick hug, and I walk out of the school, saying goodbye to my fellow classmates on the way.
--
"Dad, I'm home." I take my shoes off, and put on my slippers, so then I don't ruin the floor.
"Hey bell, are you almost done packing?" Dad asks, munching on an apple, my apple.
"Stop calling me that. And almost, I need to pack a few more things. When are we leaving?" I ask, beginning the way up the swirling staircase, my dad following promptly.
"In half an hour, so you better hurry," dad answers, taking another bite of his apple.
"Ok, just stop eating my food!" I demand, slamming my bland door shut.
I look around my room, thinking about how the people who will be staying here are going to think off it. The walls are cream, with an obsessive amount of pictures, and quotes covering it. The carpeting is dark blue, but I added some circular red carpets that are more comfortable than my bed. There's a 7 inch flat screen tv on the wall across my bed, which is laying width ways against the wall, it's a bunk bed, with a double bed on the bottom, and a single on the top. There's a walk in closet, with mirrors on the outside, sitting on the far wall from my bed, and a cabinet with books, and other stuff, sitting on the wall next to my bed.
"I'm going to miss you." I say bluntly, putting my red suitcase on my bed, so I can finish packing.
"I know you don't want to do this bell." My dad states, I ignore him and continue to pack my stuff, grabbing my underwear and skirts. "But you have to, and they can help you with-" dad stops, trying to figure out what he's going to say. "You just have to trust me."
"That's what you always say, now get out so I can pack," I demand angrily. With a sigh, I hear the door close softly with a click, and I rush even more to get ready. I should probably change.
I go through my bag until I find my green hoodie, shorts, and top. Quickly changing into them, I find myself ready to go.
"Lets leave." I say angrily, grabbing my last red apple to eat.
"Alright then." With that, we begin our way to my 'friends' house, although I've only met them once.
"Your going to love it with them. I promise."
Promises are meant to be broken.
