"Did you study for the test," Wendy asks around, receiving only as a response shaking heads. It still wasn't enough to reassure her.

Wendy felt her knees weaken, he hands shivering even though most of her classmates also didn't study for the test.

She has a test next period and she was only informed last night when her eyes had just closed themselves.

She tries to sit still during the test, but ends up fidgeting. Most would've been relieved, yet Wendy felt even more anxious after the test, worrying for her grade.

Her head was spinning; it felt like she could pass out at any moment due to anxiety.

"Hey, Wendy, you okay?" Seulgi says as she puts her lunch back into her bag.

"I don't feel too well. Can you take me to the infirmary?" The bear in front of her nods, holding her hand out for Wendy to take so the brunette would have a smaller chance of falling while they're on their way.

Wendy peels off the quilt from the bed, jumping in and covering herself with the blanket. She snuggles into the mattress, trying to forget about the test she had earlier, the test she didn't study for AT ALL.

"Calm down, Wen. I didn't study for the test, neither did Joy or Yerim. Even Joohyun didn't study for the test, and she studies for everything!" Seulgi tried to cheer the girl up when she notices how pale the brunette has become.

Wendy merely nods, also trying to convince herself she won't be yelled at by the teacher, not if half of the class didn't study for it either.

The two stay quiet for some time, Seulgi scrollimg through her phone while Wendy tries to chase her anxiety away. The silence is broken when the bear decides to speak.

"Hey, Wen-wen, I gotta go. Class is gonna start soon." Wendy nods her head from under the covers. She hears the girl walk out the door.

She forces herself to sleep, momentarily forgetting about her worries. Fortunately, the girl fell asleep quite quickly.
--
Around an hour later, she wakes up to the sound of the infirmary door opening. She doesn't bother sitting up or even turning around to face the door thinking it was just Seulgi or maybe the Satan spawns.

"Hey," a husky female voice comes up from behind her. She feels the end of her bed dip, the other girl rubbing her legs delicately.

"Are you okay?" Irene asks, a tinge of worry could be heard in her voice.

Wendy hums, telling the other girl she feels better than before. Wendy finally sits up.

"Come here," Wendy says, her finger pointing to the spot in front of her.

For a moment, Irene looks at her confused, her brows furrowed but moves towards the brunette anyway. As soon as Irene sat in front of her, Wendy wrapped both her arms around Irene's stomach, burying her face in the other girl's shoulder. A chuckle escapes Irene's lips.

"Is THIS how you always are when you're sick?" Irene jokingly whines.

"Just admit that you love it."

"I do," she laughs lightly. "Why don't you rest your head on my lap instead?" She feels the girl nod into her back, slowly backing away so Irene could sit in the right position.

Wendy lays her head on Irene's lap, the latter petting her like she was a cat. The two stayed quiet, Irene pulling her phone her phone out, one hand still caressing Wendy. She cranes her head down to check on the brunette. Her brows knot together when she sees the chcolate orbs staring back at her.

"You're not asleep yet?"

Wendy shakes her head and turns around, nuzzling her face into Irene's stomach. A series of muffled giggles could be heard.

"Hey! You know I'm ticklish there!" Irene cries out, resisting the urge to kick the girl off.

They hear footsteps coming from outside the room. The door bursts open, revealing three girls.

"Feeling better yet, Wen-wen?"

Wendy pulls away and takes a quick glance at Seulgi, Joy, and Yeri. She turns back to Irene, staring at the girl from her lap.

"Much better." She feels the corners of her lips tug up in a smile.

"I feel like I've walked into a drama," Yeri says, a little too excited.

"And I feel like vomiting." Joy fakes a gag and starts cackling when she sees Wendy's dagger-like glares.
