we pulled up into luke's driveway. only his car was here.
"bye annie!!!!!! goodluck. call me if anything goes wrong!!"
"i will mia! bye!!!! see you soon!" i waved back
i can't believe i'm that much of an idiot to be doing this. what'll brennan do if he finds out? i nervously rang the doorbell. there he was.
"come in" he said surprisingly seriously
i walked into his large house. pretty much a mansion. felt weird to be here again. he led me up to his bedroom. it was very odd, being with him again felt like we had never separated, but i knew it wasn't right. i put his arm around me. i didn't take it away, as half of me was scared of what would happen if i did and half of me was okay with it.
30 min later
next thing i knew i was pinned to the wall making out with him. he kissed me first but i went along with it. i knew i shouldn't be doing it but it felt so right. brennan will never know anyway, and i felt like a terrible person for thinking this way. i pulled away. a few minutes later mia pulled in the drive way and texted me to let me know she was here. i told him goodbye and walked down his driveway feeling so guilty. i couldn't stop thinking about the kiss. i need to get it off my chest, but i know i can't possibly tell anyone. i can't risk a chance of brennan finding out. mia drove me home and i thanked her for the ride. when she had asked me how it went i just said awkward. it sadly really wasn't though. i came into the house and said hey to hayley. caleb had just gotten home from baseball. i headed up to my room to change into my pajamas and then i headed into calebs room to hang out with him for a little bit
"annie... you've got a bruise or something"
he pointed to my neck.
at this moment i started freaking out in my head about if i had gotten a hickey.
"wtf why do you have a hickey?!" he said half chuckling half serious
"that's impossible." i lied " its probably just from something rubbing against it"
phew
"okay whatever you say anns"
perfect. now i have to be able to cover it for brennan and my mom and hayley and everyone else. it was such a mistake going over to luke's tonight :(
