Chapter 7

Ariella's POV

I was so nervous. Today was the day of the wedding. I was in my wedding dress that was very pretty. My make-up was done as well as my hair. I was looking in the mirror at myself when Katara, Toph, and Suki walked in.

"You look gorgeous Ariella, we are so happy for you." I smiled as I looked at them. I told them a week after I accepted Zuko's proposal about me being an Oprium. I told everyone else yesterday when we went through the entire fire nation. I never realized how huge it was till a month ago. I shook my head and walked out with then as I waited behind the door. When it was my tur I walked up to the official where Zuko stood looking more dashing than ever. I sort of zoned out as I stared into Zuko's eyes until I heard the official say my name.

"Ariella you are now the Queen of the fire nation. All bow to your new FireQueen Ariella." I smiled as everyone bowed. Zuko pulled me towards him and kissed me passionately. I smiled when we pulled back as the crowd cheered.

After everything was done we went to a secret vacation house on an island a little was away, so we wouldn't be disturbed. We put our bags into the bedroom and I sat down after taking of the wedding dress and slipping on a pair of red pants and a gold shirt in the bathroom. Zuko was in casual clothes as well when he entered the bedroom. He sat next to me and grabbed my hand. I smiled at him as we lay down on the bed.

"I love you Fireboy." I smirked when I heard him chuckle quietly.

"You know I hate the name." He rolled over on top of me so I was pinned underneath him.

"I know, but I love it." I smirked as he kissed me. My hands went to his hair as I pulled him closer.

"Are you sure?" He looked at me to see if it was okay.

"Let's get to it Fireboy," I laughed as he kissed me again and began to trail hishands up my shirt. That night was one of the best nights ever. Well the rest of the honeymoon was pretty great, too.
