Invisible

Chapter 2

I was going to the cafeteria of the school though I am supposed to go to the clinic but hey, faking an illness to a medicine graduates will never be possible to me. 

I would just like to celebrate my successful lying operation. So I headed there as fast as I can. 

When I arrived, there's no much people around. What did you expect? It's still 8 in the morning. So then I ordered 2 pancakes, 3 sausages and an egg. 

I was holding my tray and was looking for a spot where there would be less attention. After a minute I found myself eating happily in the corner of the eating area of the cafeteria. I was savouring its deliciousness. 

Halfway through of the horror and pain my food was experiencing, I noticed someone standing in front of me. 

I raised my head as I chew my food and concluded I was right. There is really someone standing in front of me. He seems familiar.

"Aaaaah. Dito ba yung clinic ng school? Wait... let me guess." he said as he smiles. "Yan ba yung nireseta ng school doctor sayo?" he added and ended his sentence with a smile again. I finished chewing my food and said "Ha? Ano bang sinasabi mo? Isn't it obvious na Cafeteria to? At anong reseta ng doctor ang pinagsasasabi mo jan?" he really is familiar. "Sabi mo kanina you're not feeling well. Hahaha."  he replied. 

That's when I realized na siya pala yung late na dumating kanina. "Oh fuuuuu*k! What the hell should I do?! Sh*t!Sh*t!Sh*t!" sabi ko sa sarili ko. "Aaaah. Eeeeh. Naaa...gu..tom ako eh kaya kumain muna ako!" I shakingly said. This is really my side effect after lying. When I get caught, I surely will be tensed. 

He took the chair and sit on it. We're facing each other now. He is still smiling na natatawa na.

"You don't have to tell another lie." sabi niya tapos kumindat. 

"So ano? Isusumbong mo'ko?" I asked.

"Hindi naman." tapos smile uli siya. Kaso this time iba na smile niya. "Ibili mo lang ako ng breakfast tatahimik ako. Hahaha." sabi niya. "Fine. Yun lang naman pala." sabi ko and kumuha ng isang hundred peso bill. "Oh. Bili ka."  tapos I gave it to him kaso tinignan niya lang. 

"Akala ko ba gusto mong kumain?"

"Oo gusto ko nga."

"Oh! Edi tanggapin mo na."

Tumawa siya sabay sabing "Diba I told you na IBILI mo ko ng pagkain?" Hinay-light niya yung ibili. Tapos ngumiti na naman. I felt myself blushing. "Sh*t! Why am I blushing?!" sabi ko sa sarili ko. 

I took a deep breath and said "HOY! IBA KA DIN EH NO?! IKAW NA NGA YUNG MAGPAPA BUHAY NGAYON AKO PA BIBILI?!" with force. 

"Oh wag ka namang sumigaw. Pinagtitinginan ka nila oh. Baka makita ka ni Ma'am A.P. Hahaha." natatawa niyang sabi. I regained myself after nung sinabi niya. Parang nahimasmasan ako dun. 

"Wait. Ba't nandito ka? Diba dapat nagkaklase kayo ngayon?" I asked.

"May urgent meeting yung mga teachers this morning eh kaya technically walang klase ngayon. Mamayang 1 pm pa magreresume." he explained. "Sh*t naman oh! Parang nasayang lang yung drama ko kanina." sabi ko sa sarili ko.

"So ano na? Ibibili mo na ba ako ng food?" sabi niya.

"Eh ikaw nalang kaya? Bakit? Kailangan bang ako talaga?"

"Tinatamad ako eh. Ang taas ng pila oh! Daming tao" sabay turo niya gamit yung nguso niya. Tae naaa! Ang cute niyang tignan! Para siyang baby. Ang sarap sigurong pisilin ng pisngi niya.

"HOY!" pag putol niya sa iniisip ko. Lumingon naman ako kaagad dun sa line as alibi and nakita kong apat na tao lang yung naka pila sa cashier.

"ANONG MATAAS ANG PILA EH APAT NGA LANG SILA OH TAPOS PAALIS PA YUNG ISA!" sabi ko naman.
