Hey! They're names are Riley and Philycia, or Philly for short. Riley is 19, going on 20, the same age as Philly. They live in Doncaster, England, a ways away from Louis' family. Riley and Louis were always very close, even dated at one point. When Philly moved next door they all became so close. After Louis made it to X-Factor it was the girls dream to see him again. Now the girls are in for a twist of fate.
