blind with styles

AN: haii this is my first fanfic, ummm im new at this so hope you enjoy this story, :)

 

 

 

I woke up with the annoying sound of my alarm clock, knowing it was my birthday. although it was a Friday i was okay with it, i got up and smiled happy a proud, by the ways my name is Ashley, im turning 16 today, i grabbed my white cane, oh wait i forgot to tell you, i blind, ok just because i told you doesn't mean you should feel all sorry for me, wondering how i became blind? well...

flashback~ it was my 13 birthday, i decided to go out with my 3 friends, their names were darcy, Kelly and kate,

"ugh we're so far from the fireworks, i cant even see" Kelly complained,

"me to, lets go closer" kate  requested

"but there's no where for us to sit, its all full" i said,

"i know where we can go" darcy smirked,

"than lets go, their going to show the biggest firework in a few minutes" Kelly said,

darcy leaded us to where they were shooting the fireworks,

"are we supposed to be here?" i asked,

"ya... if we don't get caught" she whisperd

. we were right behind the place the were shooting the fireworks,

"wow, we got great seats" kate said smiling while were watching the fireworks sparkle in the night sky, as they shot the last little firework,

a tall man came up onto a stage, he grabbed a microphone and started to speak, "wasen't that a great show everybody?!" everyone cheered, he then again started to speak "but wait! we have one more for you! the sparkle explosion, now i know it sounds like its for the girls only, but boys you'll also love it!" everyone cheered and smiled in the crowd,

i heard that this thing was a dangerous firework, last year they did this, are one of the guys died, they all said he was way to close to the firework,

everyone was counting down

"i think we're too close to the firework darcy" kate suggested

"no we aren't, just relax" darcy said with no worries

"no seriously, darcy this is too close!" i yelled

the crowed counted to 1

BOOM!

the next thing i new... i could hear someone crying,

"Ashley! your awake thank goodness" i heard my moms voice its sounded like she was crying

"mom? where am i? why cant i see anything? why is everything balck? what happened?" i stared to freak out

i heard another girl voice "hi Ashley, im doctor. Hamilton, don't worry you're ok, just calm down, breath slowly"

i started to calm down, still wondering why i cannot open my eyes

"ok, where am i and what happen?"" i asked calmly

"you're in the hospital, and you were in a very bad accident, it seems that something interfered with your eyes and have ruin them..." said the doctor

"wait, what are you saying?... are you saying im... blind?"

"yes Ashley... im very sorry"

i started sobbing, i could hear my mom crying also, i tried looking for her with my hands so i could hug her, she grabbed me a i cryed on her shoulder

"its okay honey, we'll get through this together, its okay" she said as she patted my head trying to calm me down.

and from that moment on, all i saw was black. just black.
