I stepped into the hall of the college building. There were lots of kids roaming around. But what I noticed was there were wolves lounging around. This...this wasn't a normal school. Definitely not. The hell was going on around here?

I bumped into someone - a brown haired girl who was taller than me, and immediately dropped my phone. "Sorry, sorry!" I exclaimed, picking up my phone. The girl stared at me for what seemed a few seconds and then piped up. "I haven't seen your face in this school before. Are you new around here?" She asked, and I nodded. "What's with the wolves in the school? Is this like a petting zoo or-" I was cut of when she leaned in closer, looking at me sternly.

"This is no ordinary school. You know of werewolves, right?" She asked, her eyes locking into mine. They were a carnelian brown, almost as if it was a gem. My mind ticked. My eyes widened in fear. Werewolves. Werewolves were the things humans feared the most - they were mysterious, and their little wars they had between other groups of werewolves were deadly. My parents had warned me about werewolves since I was young.

"Don't tell me this is a werewolf school. I hate werewolves. They terrify me." I said in a hushed whisper. She then nodded. She started walking away, and I followed behind her. "Wait! You can't just leave me here alone, in a school full of-" the girl cupped her hand over my mouth before I could continue speaking, her eyes turning yellow. "You need to stay with me at all times. I'll take over your teaching. No one else apart from the werewolves in the school need to know this is a werewolf school. You've come to know about it because you were here at such an early time.  Come." she beckoned to me to follow her, into the front office. I shrugged and went along with it.

We went through many halls until we stumbled upon an office door, which she knocked. The girl, who looked a little older than me, remained a stoic expression. "Come in." Came a muffled sound behind the door, and the girl opened the door.

My eyes met his.

With steel blue eyes, and blonde hair, this man certainly intrigued me. "Sit." He hand gestured us to the seats, putting his glasses on. "What seems to be the issue, Tavera? And who's this new face?" he said in a cool voice, calm and composed. I liked him. There was an aura around him. A relaxing aura. The girl - who I guessed was called Tavera - looked at me, then back to the man. "I seem to have let slip of this school's...nature, to this young human." She said, looking a little nervous.

A sharp intake of air and exhalation came from the man as his eyes turned bright yellow. "You let her know this was a werewolf school, didn't you?" He took his glasses off, and looked straight at me. "What is your name, miss?" He asked, standing up, looking down at me. I looked away, hiding my face underneath my hair. "A-Aylesha. Aylesha King. Who...who are you?" I replied, feeling a little intimidated. He sat back down, grinning.

"Ah, Aylesha. Since you know about the secret this school has, you will be taught by my right hand man - the Beta. I won't reveal his name to you - you have to find him. And that's if you find him before you get bitten."

I shrunk in my seat. He still hadn't told me his name, but the word bitten had sunk into my thoughts deeply. "What do you mean, bitten?" I asked, curling my fingers into a fist, slamming it on the table. "Who are you, anyway?"

 "Who are you, anyway?"

He chuckled. "I am the Alpha of the Ashstone pack. Your friend there is one of my Deltas - Tavera. My name is Marco. Marco Carson."
