*FLASHBACK*
Sophie pov
Oh my gosh!! It's my first day of 2nd grade this is a whole new level we finally get p.e. ,music, and art class! I'm going to Mr.Johnson's class he's a total babe!
I walked in the class and saw so many different faces!
"Hi, I'm Breanne, What's your name?" said by a girl who i'm guessing is named Breanne. She had to pig tail with red bows on them. Her hair was blonde and she had these really really pretty blue eyes she was soooo pretty!
"Hi, I'm Sophie, nice to meet you!" I told her with a great big smile!
"Ok students please take your seats." Mr.babe announced.
"Hey wanna come sit next to me!"
Breanne asked me.
"Sure, let's go to the first table." I told her while pointing to the blue table set with math books, white paper, and two buckets one with markers and the other with crayons!
The table was a rectangular table that sat six people three on each side. Breanne and I sat on one side of the table the side closest to the board. I sat in the middle while she sat on the left side even closer to the board.
Then came this boy with brown/hazel eyes and with brown hair. He was a few inches taller than me and was coming my way. I hope i don't get cutties.
"Hey, I'm James!" he said with such excitement on his face.
"Hi, I'm Sophie and this is Breanne." I said returning the same excitement. He waved at Breanne, she just turns around waves and goes back to drooling over Mr.Babe.
"Hey, umm can i sit here." he points to the blue share next to me.
"Sure but only on one condition." I said crossing my arms acting all tough.
"Ok, and what is that one condition?" he asked crossing his arms and acting tougher than me.
"Only I get to call you Jamie." I said with a huge smile.
He starts to rub his chin as if he hand a little beard growing.
"I'll accept that one condition only if I get to call you Soph, deal??" he held out his hand.
I looked at his hand and thought it then I smiled at him and shook his hand. He then sat down and took a notebook.
"Do you wanna be my best friend Soph?" he asked with so much hope in his eyes.
"What's a best friend?" I asked with a puzzled face.
"It's a very very important person" he said with a sweet smile.
"Ohhhhh ok, sure, but we must make it official"
I took his notebook and a purple crayon from the bucket.
It read:
"I Sophie sware 2 always bee Jamies besstest freind ever!"
And I signed it with a smiley face :) then he took a blue crayon and wrote:
"I James promiss 2 bee Sophs besstst freind EVER for a relly relly long time."
And he signed his with a tongue face :P
Then I looked at him stuck out my pinky and asked "Bestfriends forever?"
He then took my pinky in his and said "Bestfriends forever and ever!" he said with a huge smile.
We both smiled at eachother and went back to what Mr.Babe was saying. He was mostly talking about school supplies and the new classes we are having.
"This is gonna be the best year EVER!" Breanne whispered in my ear.
Then I thought to myself 'yeah this will be the best year ever!'
