Self-Harm

Hello,now by the title of this chapter you probably think I'm cutting myself....
And no I'm not, but I wanna talk about it.

A couple of days ago I told you guys to send me numbers and I'll answer the question that corresponds to that number.

And a lot of the questions were do you self-harm.

And I said no to all of those questions, but.....I was lying.....

I don't self-harm the way most people do.

I tell myself things, like I'm stupid,ugly I can't do anything right, I'm just a screw up and things along that line.

I also have long nails and well.....sometimes I like to dig them into my skin......it does hurt trust me heh,but I think I rather myself to that then cut myself so....yeah
