"So an interview with Ryan, huh?" I questioned, crossing my arms over my chest as we walked down the long hallway that I wouldn't see anymore in a few months. Although, I was thankful I felt somewhat saddened at the thought of leaving this place, even if it was only for a few months. Justin announced Ryan contacted him via his school email and expressed how honored he would be if they could get an interview and some essential footage. For what though? I had no idea. Justin had already halfway agreed, seeing no harm in it since it was a simple school bound interview, regardless of our issues with Ryan. I simply didn't like the thought of it, especially since he couldn't just decline on the day of. The whole school already expected an interview to be conducted. I wish he would've told me within the same hour Ryan had contacted him.

"Yeah, thanks to you."

"Thanks to me." I sighed in a clueless tone. I never set this up. I wouldn't have. Ryan was out of my life completely and I wanted nothing to do with him. I tried to make it work and it didn't work, so oh well.

He furrowed his brows. "Yeah, you didn't know? My YouTube channel is a hit right now. I have a couple thousand views."

"Oh." I stated in disabelif. "I didn't know that's what the interview was for. Nor did I know your channel was growing so quickly." I admitted. A small hint of disappointment greeted his face. I frowned.

"I'm proud of you." I finally got out as I glanced up at him and interlocked our arms in attempt to side hug him as we continued to walk. "Your first interview." I cooed with a toothy grin which caused him to blush.

"Thanks, Van." He chuckled. "I know you're not fond of Ryan and neither am I, but I think this interview would be great for me and I know you have the best interest for me as well."

"Hey, we don't have to talk about this. Just knock em dead with you charm, Bieber."

Justin Bieber

"Good morning fellow peers. We're doing something a little different today. We have one of the school's favorite young men here, Justin Bieber. Welcome Justin, we're glad to have you behind our lens today." Ryan cheered. I had never seen him in this state. I could easily read people if I cared to do so and he appeared sober. This part of Ryan was unfamiliar to me.

"Glad to be here." I admitted with a toothy grin.

"Anything you could tell us about new music? You've done so many covers, but you've also put out a few original songs, at least snippets anyways." Ryan admitted, clasping his hands together as he shifted his focus onto me.

"Well, covers are what have gotten me where I am. I take my music seriously, but I haven't thought about it in the same light as everyone else; I'm not doing this for money; I'm doing it because it's something I love to do and I want people to know and be inspired by that. I do plan to post longer videos that deal with my original songs though. Right now, my lovely mother and beautiful girl friend, Vanessa are in charge of what gets posted though, I check the account frequently to respond to comments and such, but the uploading schedule and content itself is in their hands."

"That's inspiring. We're all stoked to see the new content you put out. How did Vanessa get involved?" He asked, some sort of concern forming in his eyes. I simply looked at the camera, then my hands before chuckling and greeting his eyes once again. Of course he was going to ask me about Van. I didn't expect him to be so blunt though.

"I'm excited to share it." I started. "Vanessa has become very dear to me. Although we're a couple, her concern for my future and wellbeing is simply her being my bestfriend. She saw something in me that I hadn't yet saw in myself."

"She has the tendency to do that." He chuckled lowly as he started at his palm. His voice was below a whisper and I doubt I was meant to hear it. Suddenly, his attention reverted back onto me and a warm smile caressed his face.

"So, what inspires you to write the craft that you do? Your tone is unique." I smirked. Ryan's word choice was rather unexpected. From what I noted and how Vanessa's father felt about him (from what she had told me) I didn't necessarily see it. I didn't see the same alcoholic that harmed my girlfriend. I was highly aware it was him, but I failed to believe it momentarily. Maybe he had turned over a new leaf. I couldn't give it much thought. Regardless, my girlfriend wanted nothing to do with him, she wasn't fond of him and neither was I.

"Experience usually. Sometimes just the thought of my youth is reflected upon and I can't help, but to reminisce. Who I thought could be or who I actually was at one point in time also plays apart in my craft from time to time as well. Love is essential to most of my works as well. Love has always been a big part of who I am. I'm an emotional being and I'm hardly afraid of showing it." I admitted.

"I see. Some members that have a break from recording have noted you use other mediums or outlets to shape your music. You play multiple instruments right?"

"Yeah, I'm pretty fond of most instruments. I play the trumpet, drums, guitar, piano.." I began to trail off.

"Do you prefer one more than the other?"

"Not necessarily. It depends on my mood along with what message I'm trying to get across. I believe the guitar is my favorite from what most people have noticed." I chuckled lowly. Ryan was asking questions back to back and I hardly had time to answer in depth.

"I enjoy playing the piano, it's a beautiful instrument and the drums. Oh man. The drums are intentionally my first physical love. I've been playing since I was about two or three. Not the full set of course, but I was banging pots and pans along with making beats on wooden chairs." I chuckled as I thought of my little hands whacking one of the old chairs in my first home, when I was younger.

Ryan asked multiple questions about kidrauhl along with deep, well thought out questions about my music and visual art. I didn't expect him to question my visual art. We also talked about my future with live performances which I couldn't comment too much about. I hadn't given some of these questions too much thought. He made it seem as if I was actually somebody like Van.
Some of my peers captured shots of me. I had to play the drums for them along with sing and attempt to clown around while doing an mini performance of one of my originals. They captured my personality, one that I didn't think would be evident from how short the video was going to be, but I had to give Ryan his prompts. His team was rather professional and talented. The interview went rather well and I felt a warm feeling vibrate throughout my temple. I was content to say the least.
