Chapter 20

ALICES POV


"No, Alice..I think.. I love you.."
Wait. What?
Did those words just come out of his mouth?
Oh my god.
My brain was swimming with emotions. It also couldn't come up with an intelligent response.
I sat there smiling like an idiot.
"What?" I asked. I was unsure this was real. 5 seconds ago I was preparing myself for a breakup.
"I love you Alice."
Okay this time I knew it wasn't a dream or fantasy. It was real fucking life.
"I love you, Jack."
I was hesitant to reply. After my last relationship I was afraid of it repeating. But in the weeks I'd known Jack I knew I could believe him.
He breathed out a sigh of relief.
"Really? Because I was afraid to say it and it would scare you or something. I want you to know that "loving" you and being "in love" with you are different to me. In these weeks I've begun to love you. And I honestly can't wait to fall totally and completely in love." he finished.
I felt my heart swell 1000 times bigger. I totally got what he meant by being "in love" and "loving" someone.
I smiled in response and placed a kiss on his lips. I pulled away. Jack looked at me for a couple of seconds before brushing a piece of hair out of my face. He leaned in and kissed me. I immediately responded, placing my arms around his neck. He cocked his head to the side deepening the kiss.

There was an awkward cough behind us. We looked up to find Jc.
"Uh, you're on.." he said trying to hide his laugh.
"Uh, thanks man." Jack said. A small blush began to paint itself across his cheeks. He laced our hands together and we walked out of the dressing room to backstage.
"NOW WELCOME THATSOJACK AND CALLMEAWKWARD!" Sam yelled into the microphone, trying to be heard over the music.






"That was so fun!" Jenn yelled, jumping up and down.
VidCon was now officially over.
We only had the rest of tonight and a couple hours of tomorrow.
"I know!" I replied back.
We went back to the dressing room to grab our things.
Jenn and I decided to go back to the room to get ready.
We walked to the elevators. Down the hall a little ways I saw Anthony.
"Anthony!" I yelled.
He jogged down the hallway to meet us.
"Alice! Jenn! Girl you did amazing! " he stated.
"Thanks!"
"We were going to get something to eat and then do some shopping. Do you wanna come?" Jenn asked.
"Yes!" he replied.
"It's been so long since I hung out with you all!" He gushed.
Anthony was two years younger than me and three younger than Jenn. But, he got along great with us.
"Okay meet us in the lobby in like an hour."
He hugged us goodbye and we walked to our room.
Jenn unlocked our door and in the bed Kian and Andrea were napping.
"I wondered where they went." Jenn whispered to me.
I silently laughed to myself.
Kian and Andrea were always so loving to eachother.
I used to envy their relationship so much and wish for one like they had.
But now I finally felt like I had that with Jack.







Small update. I have big plans coming up so get excited.
