Prompt:You are the final villain from the first season of a generic anime, and through dumb luck you killed the hero. Instead of lavishing in victory, you now find yourself having to deal with all the villains who would have attacked the hero in later seasons.

"You'll never get past me," I say to the hero. We're in the last leg of our battle before he 'defeats' me and goes on to the next season.

He's weak and I'm winning, but any minute now the tables will turn and he'll win, just as scripted in this shitty generic anime.

I fight convincingly.

A little too convincingly.

I use my electric powers on him and he falls. I wait for him to get back up, but he doesn't.

I go over to him. SHIT, He's dead!

Fuck! What am I going to do? The show was supposed to be 5 seasons.

Aleno shows up and stares in shock. " Mikeil, why would you kill him? That's not how this was supposed to go."

"Not like I meant to!"

"Your power level is over 9,000! How could you not mean to!"

"You act like I pay attention to my power level."

"What are we going to do? People expect at least 5 seasons. We can't just have 1."

I think for a moment, then get an idea. I rub my hands together, triggering my electric powers, and use them as defibrillator to revive the hero. Instead, it kills him even more (if that's even possible 😨).

"Hey, what's going on!?" Julian says, walking up to the scene.

"Dumbass over here killed the hero."

"WHAT!! What happened!"

"I wasn't paying attention to my power level. It got a little too high and I threw a deadly blow at the hero," I say, embarrassed.

"A little! It was over 9,000!" Aleno says, enraged.

"Dude, stop saying that, that memes dead."

"Seriously though, look at it." He shows him the power level reader.

"10,000!!"

"I didn't know," I say, shocked at how high it was.

"How could you not feel all that power?" a voice in the distance asks.

Everyone turns to see Ajax coming.

"I can explain," I panic, great another villain.

"No need, heard you all screaming from a mile away."

"Don't worry guys, I'll find a way to get the plot back on course," I say. (As if that's even possible)

"I've got it!" Ajax says. "In the final season, the hero is supposed to meet a healer that brings the previous Hero's of Walapia back to life. All we have to do is get the healer to bring him back to life."

"Alright, one: we can't jump to seasons we're not in, and two: they probably wouldn't trust a villain," Julian says.

"And three: how do you know what's going to happen in season 5?" Aleno asks, Disbelieving.

"I read the script, like we're supposed to."

"Your part. The script is way too cringy to read anything extra."

"I find it pretty interesting."

We all cringe when he says that.

"See, you're the type of guy who thinks the word moist sounds nice."

Ajax rolls his eyes. "Come on, guys, we just need to find Shakir and hopefully he can convince the healer to come heal the hero."

"What do you need me to do?" Shakir says.

"Where'd you come from!?" I ask, surprised I didn't notice him approaching.

"I can turn invisible," he says, nonchalantly.

"Oh yeah, I forgot you could do that," Ajax says.

"How did you know I could turn invisible?"

"He actually likes the script," I say.

"He probably also likes the sound of nails on a chalkboard."

"Nice one!" Aleno says, high-fiving Shakir.

I roll my eyes,"guys focus!" I say, my anxiety growing the longer the hero is dead.

"Chill," Shakir says.

"How can I chill when the hero is dead?"

"What?"

"Mikeil's power levels were..." Aleno begins, but was cut off.

"...10,000" Julian finishes for him knowing what he was going to say.

"Dude, that's insane, wish I could get my power level that high!" Shakir says congratulating him.

"Yeah, but I killed the hero."

"That's what you get for being a try hard."

"Anyways, we were wondering if you could try to talk to the healer in your season and get her to revive the hero."

"Sure. It'll probably take a little while to convince her, plus," he takes out his phone and takes a picture of the hero,"some proof," he says, waggling his phone.

"Thanks" I say.

"No problem. I mean, I want to fight the hero just as much as the rest of you and I won't let your silly mistake ruin it."

Shakir heads off to get the healer.

A little while later

Shakir comes back with the healer.

"Of course you numbskulls killed the hero," the healer scoffs.

"Mikeil killed the hero. We're not all idiots." Julian says, defending himself.

"You're all idiots in my eyes," she says as she bends down and revives the hero.

"Thanks, Beatrice," Shakir says.

"What? The script doesn't give her a name," Ajax says, confused.

"We've been hanging out, she's pretty chill," he says, giving her a fist bump.

"Alright, lets get back to our seasons, everyone, lets get this anime rolling again!" I announce.
