I screamed.

" LUCAS, NO! "

I saw his skinny tall body fly over the car and down on the hard ground, all bloody. Then, Everything turned black.

I woke up sweaty and when I rubbed my eyes with my hands I could feel that i've been crying. Ugh. That dream, that memory pops up everytime I sleep, no, everytime I close my eyes. I looked at the clock, 5 am. Well my alarm would ring in a couple of minutes anyway, so there's no reason to go back to sleep now, besides, I need to take a shower. I got some clothes and a towel and walked downstairs to the bathroom. When I was done I got some cereal with raspberries for breakfeast. I packed everything and then I just jumped on the sofa and checked my phone, waiting for Ben to arrive. I heard a car door slam and 5 seconds later there was a knock on the door and I was already putting my shoes on. I opened the door and saw my perfect boyfriend stand in the doorway. I kissed him sweetly and followed him to the car and he drove us to school.

[1 hour later]

I got out of math class and walked past the cafeteria and to my locker, knowing who I would meet there as usual.

"Hi Kristen!"

"KENNEDYYYY!!" My best friend screamed. I laughed and hugged her.

Kristen. My beautiful loud happy best friend since... I don't know, forever. Our big brothers was best friends even before we were born, but then my brother Lucas got hit by a car and he died when I was 13. Kristen and I were close before, but we're even closer now. And I love her brother Mick, Hes like one of the few persons I can talk about Lucas with.

" Hey, wanna go to the cafeteria and grab some snacks before german class? " Kristen asked.

" Yeah sure. " I just got some juice because I didn't feel very.. hungry. Kristen got her stupid Lime soda, I don't know why but she has a weird obsession with that thing.

" So, did you talk to Liam recently? " I asked her when we sat down in our little quiet corner in the cafeteria.

" Nooo, I don't talk to my own boyfriend. Yes, yesterday. " I laughed at her.

" Lucky you said that, I almost forgot what he said yesterday! " She shouted.

" Kristen, have a chill pill, what did he say? "

" He wants to go see Hunger Games Catching Fire tonight, and I suggested you and Ben to come with us! " Ohmygod I love Hunger Games.

" YESSSSSSSSSSSSS THANK YOU KRISTEN!! " I hugged her. How much are the tickets?

" We'll pay them, see it as a early birthday present! "

" My birthday is in 5 months Kris...."

" A very early birthday present..? " She smiled and I laughed. I'll call Ben and ask him immediately! I got my phone and called him.

" Hiiiiii it's Ben, I can't answer right now but leave a message or try calling again soon or i'll call you back, byeeee! "

" Uff he doesen't answer. "

" Maybe he's in class? " Kristen said

'' I think he's got a small break right now, let's go find him! ''

'' Nuh-uh. German starts in 5 mins. '' Kristen said pouting. Try call him again! I called him, no answer.

'' It's okay, i'll ask him later. '' I said.

'' Lets get to class, shall we? " Kristen pulled me up from the chair and we got our books and talked about random stuff while walking to class.

[5 hours later]

" So what do you wanna do now? " Kristen asked me, school just ended, it's Thursday so its only 2.30 pm. Ummmm, up for some movies? I pulled up my phone and tried to call Ben again. Kristen nodded and a second later I heard the little creak in the phone meaning someone picked up.

" Yeaah it's Ben. "

" Hey babe, finally you picked up. " I spoke into the phone.

" Yeah hi hottie. "

" Where are you? I'm going to Kris house to watch some movies so you really don't have to pick me up, but it seems like you didn't think of doing that anyway? "

" Babe I got detention sorry I didn't call. " Ugh. Ben is 1 year older than me and yes, he's a bad boy but he's the sweetest guy you could ever have. But lately he's been acting strange and I don't know why.

" It's okay don't mind, anyway Kris and Liam bought 4 tickets for us to go see Catching Fire, how does that sound? "

" Sounds great babe, when? "

" Tonight at 9 pm, Liam will pick us up at 8:30. "

" Sure babe i'll meet you guys at the cinema. I gotta go, love you! "

" Love y- " And he hung up... Why is he acting like this?
