Derrick & the rest of Leah's Kapa Alpha Theta sisters more than likely contracted HIV AND hepatitis B&C.
Hell, Leah and Naomi might even have one of, if not both of the virus' as well.
Which by the way, they don't even know they're sisters yet.
Naomi's mom is flipping out trying to figure out how to tell her husband their daughters gay..and she knows because she walked in on her having sex with her own sister.....that they know nothing about....all while vanna's preparing to either be in a happy relationship or using her masculine strength to her advantage of trying to keep Derrick from killing her.

"What am I gonna tell Richard?" Bernice, Naomi's mom thought to herself. "I knew my past would eventually catch up to me....but not like...THIS" 😫
She could feel the vomit coming again.
"I can't, i just can't tell him yet. She needs to tell him her sexual preference on her own time....but until then Ima have to make sure she explores her desires with....someone else" she shuttered at the image of them that she couldn't erase.
Meanwhile, while she's contemplating her whole life and everything that's going on, she doesn't even realize not one, but both of her daughters were at the clinic scared to death that they may have contracted a virus....or 2.
The nurse calls Naomi in first, but they both eventually get their blood work/pap-smear done. Waiting on the lab work results was torture, it only took an hr, but it felt like they would never get their names called. This time, Leah went first, but Naomi was called shortly afterwards. Leah was waiting for Naomi to come back out into the waiting room, when she finally did, neither one of them could read the others face.
Naomi: "you good?"
Leah: "yeah, I'm just worried for you. All my results came back negative, but they told me to come back in a couple of months for a follow up....just to make sure"
Naomi's face regained all color, she looked relieved.
"Thank god! Because my results was the same but because I was barley notified today they said it could be early on and I might have to try again later on down the road.."
They wasn't worried about then tho, they were just excited about now. Apparently, Leah messed with Derrick before he contracted anything, who knows. All they know is they both dodged a bullet. But now, Anastasia was on Leah's mind more than ever. The guilt already started to feel like it was eating her alive.

Irvanna could hear her heart beat in her head....it sounded like it was only a few pumps from exploding. She started thinking of ways she could lay it on him easy.
"Shit" she said as she seen his car pull in. "He's here" she said trying to pace her breathing and heart rate. "Wheeew" she sighed. "No turning back now, Irvanna" she said under her breath. As she watched him walking to the door, she seen the stress & alarm all in his face.
Damn man, as if she didn't have enough on her plate, that look on his face told her there was just more piled up on her already high piled plate.
But, when he knocked, she answered with the straightest face she could.

He greeted her with a kiss.
Vanna: "what's wrong?"
Derrick: "oh, nothing baby, shit that don't even got nothin to do with you, I don't even know why I let that bitch get to me....but damnnnn" he exclaims as he rubs his hands over every curve of her body. "Lookin as good as you smelling" he said as he started kissing in her neck. She wanted to stop him, because she knew she had to tell him before they got deeper than they already are; but it just felt soooooo good. And what about the after math? If he finds out I might never feel this again....
She lets him suck and kiss all over the top part of her body. He made her whole body quiver. She's so caught up in the moment see doesn't even realize he's tryna make his way down south 😳
She pulls up fast "Derrick.."
"Man what??" Derick snaps back. I've had a rough ass day ok? And you the only thing that makes me feel better and I want you to make me feel better than you already make me feel. Don't you wana do that?"
He could see her face quickly turn to fear.
"I'm sorry baby, I didn't mean to yell" he says remorsefully.
"It's fine" she chokes out "its honesty not even that..."
"Good" he replies. "I'd never intentionally hurt you.
Her face turns from fear to pain.
"What's wrong??" He asks
"It's me who's scared to hurt you" she says
"Man girl, just say what's on your mind... you can tell me anything"
She re-situates herself, and takes a deep breath.
"Let me start off by saying, I really do love you and I never wanted to play or hurt you"
By this time he's really wantin to know so he re-situates himself as well.
"I'm not really who you think i am.." she continues "Derrick,....I.....I was born...a man. I got a sex change 3 years ago, but I'm not completely done with the cross over"
He reaches his hand up and she flinches, but to her surprise, he just softly rubs her cheek to her chin"

She looks at him puzzled
