Chapter 3: The Queen's Party

Sophia POV​​​​​​

    I arrived in starling city, just in time to attend the party Felicity might be at. If she's not, I'll just talk to her boss and see if he knows were she is.

     I walked into a large house. I felt as if I was early, there wasn't many people here. It's actually better this way. I could spot felicity in a small crowd rather then a big one.

     Though with all my looking I never spotted her. My initial thought at this moment was she might be coming later... hopefully she would be coming later.

     I headed by the bar to stand there...it was in the center of the room, which would give me a better view of the place.

"Let me see your ID." The bartender asked.

"Why? I'm not gonna drink any way." I said.

"Just a precaution." He said.

"Whatever?" I said and went in my clutch to get my ID out.

     I handed it to him and He looked down at my ID then up at me, a few times I might add.

"What you want my birth certificate too?" I asked annoyed.

     Finally, he handed me back my ID.

"Let me guess, you never had a taste of alcohol before." The bartender said.

"What gave it away?" I asked.

"You turned 21 A month ago, probably never got a chance to before, so you try it here. Great choice by choosing a Queen's party, any preferences." He asked.

"No, not really. I don't want to drink, water is fine." I said.

"Here you go, Ms. Sm oak." he said handing me a  glass of water.

"Thank-you." I said turning around with the glass.

"Why'd you ask for water and not a real drink?." A man said coming up to me.

"Are you sure your over 21?" He questioned with a smile.

"I'm pretty sure." I said to the man, then turned my head to the bar tender.

"I'm Roy, by the way and might I say you look stunning In that dress." The man said, smiling with his hand out.

"Thanks." I said refusing it.

"I told you my name, it's only fair if I get yours." Roy said.

"Sophia." I said not really knowing what else to say.

"Nice to meet you Sophia, Will you please excuse me?" He said looking up towards the entrance to see three people appear.

"Yeah, sure." I said and he walked away.

'They must be the hosts of the party...of course he would know them.' I thought.

     I recognized Oliver Queen, the only one left standing in the door frame. I then looked towards Roy seeing him with the women that was just standing next to Oliver, in a black dress.

     A women in a pink dress walks in catching my eyes. 

"Felicity." I whispered to myself With a smile.

     I wanted to walk up to her, but then I saw a young man, and I must say a young man around my age walk in with a smile.

     I wasn't able to see felicity's face, but I new she was happy to see him.
