Chapter 36: There's a tree house

*Jade's P.O.V.*

It's been about a month since Andy and Juliet left for tour. I haven't seen them or talked to them in a while. I decided to call Andy to let him know how everything was going. It was about 5 in the morning here but Andy was on the east coast so it wasn't too early for him. I called his cell but he didn't pick up so I left a little text message and then got up to get ready for school. I showered and got dressed. I went into the kitchen to eat breakfast and CC was up already.

"Good morning sweetheart." CC said.

"Morning CC." I said.

I sat down waiting for CC to finish making breakfast.

"I'm so glad it's Friday." I said.

"Yeah, me too." CC said.

"And next Monday and Tuesday we have staff days so we have a four day weekend." I said.

"Wow, that's awesome." CC said.

"Yeah, I'm probably gonna hang out with Sky a lot." I said.

"Yeah, that doesn't surprise me." CC said.

He finished making breakfast and set the plates on the table. He sat in his usual spot next to me.

"Ooh, food." Ashley yelled from downstairs.

"Yup, come and get it Purdy." CC said.

Footsteps ran up the stairs and Ashley ran into the kitchen. He sat down in his spot across from us.

"Yummy." He said, and dug into the food.

CC and I laughed. We finished eating and CC and I went outside to greet Sky.

"Hey." Sky said.

"Hi." I said.

We both blushed.

"Ah, I remember high school romances." CC said.

He laughed. We all got into the car and CC drove us to school. We got out and entered the concrete prison. The day went on like a normal Friday. After school got out, we met CC at the pickup area and we went back home.

"Yay! I don't have any homework!" I yelled.

"I don't either!" Sky said.

We high fived and went back to my house. We played some video games but after a couple of hours, we got bored.

"Hey CC, we're gonna go outside." I yelled to him.

"Use protection." Ashley yelled.

"What the fuck?" I said to Sky and he laughed.

"Shut up Ashley, they're kids." CC said to Ashley upstairs.

We could just barely here them.

"What? You never know man, kids are popping out kids like it's cool." Ashley said.

CC sighed and Sky and I laughed.
