Chapter 7: Liz and Patty's Family Secret?

I run up to Kid happily. He grabs me and starts to spin me around. "Hey!" I laugh and hold on to him. He is wayyy to cute. This was one festival ride I never want to get off of. He put me down and kissed my forehead. "Ms. Rosewood." He says smiling. I smirk and look up at him. "Does this mean we're dating?" I say shyly. He grins, "Only if I make it official." He bends down on one knee and pulls a rose out. My face is a bright pink by now. He looks at me with his beautiful golden eyes. "Blake Rosewood, would you like to be my girlfriend?" He asks. I felt like one of those girls on the bachelor! Yet I never thought the cute guy would choose a girl like me. I smirk, "No." I say plainly. Kids eyes widen. Then, I couldn't help myself, I burst out laughing. "I'm kidding, of course I will." I pull him up and hug him. Kid grins and hugs back. We sit down and eat some breakfast, then I start the conversation. "So, I wanted to talk to you about Liz..I was wondering what her parents are like?" I asked. Kid got very silent for a while, but then spoke. "Liz and Patty were abandoned as small children, they were adopted by one women, her name is Ivy, it stands for poison Ivy." I was taking In every word kid said into my brain. I had to know this. Kid continued, " I did some research on this woman, turns out she is Medusa's sister..." He says quietly. "Her powers are to combine sharp items such as knifes and either shape them into a hammer for extra power on the enemy or just stab her enemy to death." "These things may not seem big, but her powers are just as powerful as Medusa's." My eyes widen and I nearly drop my coffee mug. "S-sister?...just..as..powerful?!?" I exclaim. This is so not good. So it was Liz's mom that was haunting me this morning. That must mean Liz... "Blake?" Kid looks at me with concern. "You look terrified, is there something going on between you and Liz?" He asks. "N-no!" I laugh to prove that I'm telling the truth. Even though I'm not. Ugh, I even have to lie to my boyfriend? I never knew how big this situation was until today. I can't mess with Liz, I don't want kid to get hurt. I guess I should just enjoy my life while I have it.."Okay." Kid says smiling. "Mind if I walk you home?" He asks. I grin, "Not at all." I grab his hand and we head towards my house. When we get to my house I look at him and smile. "Bye Kid." I say while my cheeks start to turn pink. I already what he's gonna do. He smiles sexily, "Bye my symmetrical beauty." He grabs my waist and pulls me into a kiss. I froze for a second, but then kissed back. This lasted for a while, I could honestly do this all day. We were still kissing by the time I heard the door open. I pulled away and looked towards the door. I immediately froze. Jake was standing there with his eyes as big as saucers. I'm pretty sure my eyes were just as big. His face was starting to flame up.
