CHAPTER 19 & 20

Chapter 19~ Tickets C KS

At Kiyoki's room

Grr... That was what Camus was feeling after knocking on the damn door for at least 2-3 minutes. But where is Kiyoki? How the hell should he know!

Camus knocked harder and suddenly the door opened. He was about to scold the person when he noticed it was not Kiyoki but her roommate.

When Kiyoki's roommate, Kana, saw Camus, she was showing a horrified expression. Why? No one knows.

Kana was about to slam the door in frustration. She no longer wants Camus to see her in her pajamas.

They stood in silence, having a friendly staring contest. Until he asked, "Is Kiyoki in here?"

Kana nodded and quickly ran back into the room to wake Kiyoki up. She shook Kiyoki vigorously but Kiyoki slapped her hand away.

Then Kana kicked her and Kiyoki turned to face her. "What?"

She leaned closer to Kiyoki and whispered, "It's Camus." Kiyoki groaned and got off her bed. Kana lightly pushed Kiyoki to the door and hid behind a wall, eavesdropping their conversations.

Camus arms were folded and Kiyoki nodded at him sleepily. He stare at her before handing her a piece of paper and without a word, he left.

"What..?" Kiyoki watched Camus walked away before shutting the door. Kana rushed to her and asked, "What did he give you?"

Kiyoki showed her the paper and she squealed. Kiyoki didn't hear what her roomate said because she's already asleep in her bed.

Zzz..... Nice life.... Kiyoki thought, her mouth hanged open.

While Kiyoki couldn't careless of her appearance to Camus, he cared.

Camus can't believe he saw Kiyoki in her pajamas. That was so embarrassing... At least for him. He could feel the heat in his face.

Wait, why am I embarrassed anyway? Isn't she the one who's supposed to be feeling embarrass? Camus stopped in his tracks, frowning at his thoughts.

Chapter 20~ Who? -.-

The same day after they got their tickets

The girls gathered together in Mei and Kazumi's shared room. They sat in a circle as Mei pulled out chocolate bars from somewhere. Who knows where..

Then she sat in between Miyu and Kiyoki. Kiyoki suddenly asked the question lingering in everyone's mind, "Hey do you guys know who told Quartet Night about our leaving?"

You see, the girls all already know that they won't be leaving the school because they phoned each other last night. And well, each one of them were surprised that none of them is leaving.

They thought maybe one of them are going to object or something but no, all of them said okay.

Kazumi stiffened but pretended she didn't know either. From the corner of her eyes, she can feel Mei staring at her. Does she know? Kazumi thought nervously.

Miyu shook her head. "I don't. I was coming out of my room and Ranmaru was already standing outside."

Mei nodded, eyes not leaving Kazumi. "Me too. Ai just came in like that."

Kiyoki frowned. "That stupid Camus won't even listen to what I'm saying and ordered me to go back to my room."

Then they all looked at Kazumi. "What?"

Mei narrowed her eyes. "How about you? How did Reiji stopped you?"

Kazumi gulped and scratched her head, trying to come up with an excuse. They continue staring intensely at Kazumi and she quickly made up a reason, "I was here packing."

Mei snorted and retorted. "No, you were not until after Ai left. You came back."

Oh yeah..

"Uh..."

Kiyoki hit Kazumi's head with a chocolate bar and demanded, "The truth."

"I was the one who told them." Kazumi gave in with a sigh and put her hands up in surrender.

They gasped dramatically. Mei continued eating her chocolates and nodded. "I figured that much out."

Miyu asked. "Why?"

Kazumi smiled. "My gut."

The three of them tilted their heads and asked, "What?"

Kazumi leaned back cooly. "My gut told me it's better to stay."

"Uh...huh... Right." Kiyoki nodded sarcastically. Mei shook her head. "She has no more hope.. Definitely doomed in the future.."

"Hey that was rude! Right Miyu?"

Miyu looked up when Kazumi mentioned her name and looked away again. Kazumi pouted. "Miyu~ Aren't you going to help me?"

She smiled apologetically. "Sorry, Kazumi."

Kazumi crossed her arms and said, "Fine but if something good happened to us, I would say I told you so."

The three of them nodded immediately. Mei smirked. "Yeah, and if we were right to leave school, then I will forced all the chocolates I have down your throat."

Kazumi gulped. Oh my god... I hope I'm right then.

Do you guys know how many chocolates Mei have? Its UNCOUNTABLE!! But whenever the girls ran out of it, one way or another, Mei will always pull out a bar.

Kazumi nodded slowly. "Su..sure."

They nodded happily and continued their conversations.

Please god I hope I'm right about my gut.. Kazumi prayed in her mind.
