Imagine a twelve year old girl, and her friends. That seems normal, huh? Imagine the twelve year old girl again, but now one of her friends with chronic fatigue syndrome. That’s a little more abnormal, right? Well, that’s what happened with my friend. She got C.F.S as a twelve year old. She was so tired all damn time, or, she was a lot in the hospital. I didn’t visit her, we weren’t really that close at that time. But we liked to hang out after school. We were three friends, Cassie, Molly and me. I’m Addie, and I’m no longer a twelve year old. I’m fifteen. Cassie is the one who’s ill. Molly is extreme over-healthy, and that’s kind of her thing. She’s cool. We’re still friends. All of us, even though we don’t hang out as much as we did before. Molly and I work out together some times. She’s really fit, so it’s a huge motivation working out with her. Cassie is my best friend in the whole world. She’s amazing, and strong. Even thought she got C.F.S, she’s so strong. I’m proud of being her friend.

I’ll tell you a little about me. I’m blonde, not skinny, but not overweight. I like going to this local coffee store and buy tea or chilli latte. I play guitar and piano, but it’s not like I’m really good or anything. I love reading books, watch youtube videos and watch Sherlock Holmes. A lot of people call me nerd, even thought it’s not negative. That’s ok.

I’ve been bullied since second grade. But after me and Molly got closer, I stopped to care. But since she doesn’t go to school, I really haven’t friends to hang out with in the breaks. This is my story, having a friend with chronic fatigue syndrome.
