Ep.8 - Mistletoe Wars Pt.1

~3rd POV | At The Guys House~

Garroth stared at his phone, a worried look laced on his face.

"Garroth, I don't think anyone's gonna call about Sprinkles and Cupcake." Laurance said, looking up at Garroth sadly.

"Someone has too! I put a poster and everything! Purple and (F/C) cats aren't that hard to miss." Garroth said, wiping tears from his eyes.

"Garroth, if someone found purple and (F/C) cats with actual purple and (F/C) hair, then it's incredibly possible they keep them or try to hand them over to a science facility to study for money." Laurance said nonchalantly.

"NO! I have to believe Sprinkles and Cupcake are okay!" Garroth argued, tears still running down his face.

"Garroth, just be ready for either no news or bad news. Sprinkles and Cupcake weren't even your cats. They might of had an owner." Laurance said.

"Yeah I know. It's just... Cupcake and Sprinkles..." Garroth trailed off.

Dante walks in the front entrance, his hands hiding something behind his back. He tries to walk past the couch.

"What are you up to, Dante?" Laurance asked.

"Oh, me? Oh noottthiingg! Just going to, uhm, head to my room and turn in for the night!" Dante said, waving his hand in a dismissing manner.

"It's 3 P.M." Laurance said with a blank expression.

"Yeah! I'm just... uh... not feeling too well today. Got a bad cold from the snow coming in my room from the broken window and everything." Dante said, coughing at the end. "So, I'll be turning in for the night! Night guys!" He continues and rushes to his room.

Laurance raises an eyebrow. "We got his window fixed this morning and he slept on the couch until it was fixed." He said.

"Laurance! He had the mail in his hand!" Garroth said.

The two men stand up and run to Dante's door.

Garroth being Garroth, breaks down Dante's door with his bare fists. "DANTE!!!" He screamed.

"MY DOOR!!! Garroth, I swear you're dead man-" Dante starts.

Laurance takes the mail out of Dante's hand. "What's this?" He asked.

"Hey! That letter is for me!" Dante screamed at Laurance.

"It's addressed to all of us." Laurance said, narrowing his eyes. He looks down at the letter. "It's from Y/N!" He said.

The letter reads:

Dear Dante, Laurance and Garroth.

You are invited to a party Katelyn, Kawaii~Chan, Aphmau and I are hosting at our place! It's a special party that is kind of like more of a house warming party but since it's in season, we're doubling it as a pre-holiday party too! No gifts are required to come - feel free to bring a plus one!

"You sneak! You were going to keep this from us!" Garroth yelled.

"No! I just wanted to read it first to find out what it was about! It could have been a love letter to me from her." Dante said smoothly.

"Dream on." Laurance said, rolling his eyes.

"Speaking of love, tonight might be the night I get that kiss from her~" Dante purrs.

"WHAT!?" Garroth and Laurance screamed.

"It's a holiday themed party, there's bound to be mistletoe there." Dante explained.
