I was just diagnosed with this yesterday its still sinking in but this came to my mind so i'm putting it up to share with you all.
My daily pain
Is hard to explain
Pains in my arm and shoulder
Make me feel a lot older
My aches in my knees
What is this disease
Being told its all in my head
Depressions the line I was fed
Bloods came back clear
This increased my fear
To hospital I was sent
This was time well spent
My diagnosis was then read
I'm glad its not all in my head
Healthy food I will eat
It will help in pains defeat
Now I will do my best
Getting fitter is my quest
A leaflet has shown me what to do
Without it I would have no clue
