2 days later came the johns fate and the trial began

trial case if you are not 18 do not read this chapter... it is the most emotional chapter as Nicole faces not only john but the jury also in a fight to get them to see the truth will they...

Nicole locked eyes with john for the first time

"just stay calm don't let him see any emotion what so ever today" Seth reminds her she nods thanks for all being here

"told ya we would plus deans got to say his statement on the matter" seth reassures her again then leaves to sit beside roman with Paige, summer and Kevin with dean Renee and brie in front of them the judge then walks in

"all rise" all do as ordered

"On the day of June 9th 2008 the defendant mr john cena would officially be in a relationship with one Nicole Garcia Colace. It is during their 15 month relationship that it Is said he was abusive in all areas of abuse physically, mentally, emotionally, verbally, and the one we are most concerned for today is sexually... was this an act of love or did mr cena  plan,drug and indeed have sexual intercourse without miss colace's concent on the night of February 9th 2009. defendant give your statement..."

Your honor my client Mr cena has been in and out of rehab since he was 16 years of age and yes due to his issues with drinking,depending on much he has is known to be verbal and may use an act of violence my client takes full responsibility for that but he will not sit here today in front of witnesses being known as a rapist especially since before the night in question he had respected her wishes in waiting I mean they waited 8 months.
if he was really thinking about his own self need he may have just told her he wanted her the minute she moved in which was the end of October 2008 why would he choose this night in particular unless they had already discussed it" the defendant stated everyone's blood boiled at this

How can you say that Mr cena remembers having any of these conversations because from the January 1st onwards he was back drinking every saterday night and not only that but he was seen one night taking illegal substances outside a bar early hours of the morning of the 2nd February that evening that miss colace claimed that they had again discussed the topic of the next stage of their relationship in which she said and I quote 'I wish to wait a little longer I just want things to be right and you to be free of mind' do you remember miss colace saying this

John stayed silent

And then you went out drinking that same evening and at 8am that morning miss colace was emitted to A&E due to 'tripping' out of  bed and when I asked the doctor that treated miss colace I was told she had a burn mark on the wrist of her hand the size of a 20p coin which was unusual to her story along with having survier cuts along her arm that was knife wounds care to elaborate on that

"I thought not this would be the 1st of 4 visits for miss colace in the hospital unit from February to end of march..."she then asked Nicole to show the mark which was still noticeably today Nicole looked at brie who nods as Nicole shows her arm thank you knife marks you she was running her you a bath and you had been out all night and when she tipped the bottle down the sink you took out a knife from the kitchen held her arm as you stabbed your girlfriend 8 times....
(Hold it together nicole) "thank you your honour" Lisa finished letting the jury gather themselves
