"Hey, Mia?" Sora asked while furrowing her eyebrows while looking somewhere as if she was deep in thought. I was thinking she may have been wondering about the equation we're doing together, which I was glad for because it was confusing me too. Unfortunately, that wasn't what she wanted to ask about.
"Isn't it like...I don't know, strange, how Taehyung appeared out of nowhere in our group?" Sora asked while putting her hand underneath her chin. I widened my eyes but cleared my throat. Was she getting suspicious of his actions already? Oh shit, is it obvious that we like each other? Bitch, stop overthinking...{lol literally me}
"I don't know what you mean." I played it off coolly since I really didn't know where she was getting at.
"It's just, I don't know, he's like one of the biggest playboys in the school. Why on earth would he want to hang out with a couple of normal teens when he could be-"
"I don't think he's a playboy anymore, Sora." I mentioned while rolling my eyes slightly. I loved Sora to death but she always wondered things that weren't her business which is fine, but this involved Taehyung.
"Well yeah, because now he has a 'girlfriend'," the word she spoke so bluntly and loud made me cringe since it was something that was holding me back from being with Taehyung. Honestly, I've thought about just going for it and hope he would just break it off with his girlfriend, but I would feel like shit and wouldn't forgive myself if he never did. I always wonder on why he hasn't broken up with his girlfriend yet. He speaks so sweetly to me and I can't help but think that he might be saying the exact same thing to his girlfriend.
"Are you okay?" I hear Sora say while she waved her hand in front of my face.
"Wha- yeah. Sorry."
"Anyways, I like the kid and all and I'm glad if he wants to be friends but what if he has another motive?" She squints while looking out the window, obviously really trying to figure out why Taehyung just wanted to be around us a lot.
"Like what?" I asked in disbelief and slightly laughing at how irrational my best friend sounded, "And where is this all coming from?"
"I don't know, I guess from lunch today. He's never sat with us at lunch. Hell, he's never at lunch to begin with." Oh yeah.

"Hey Tae," Jungkook nodded towards the blonde while we all got our food from the lunch line, "do you want to eat lunch with us?" Tae raised his eyebrows and slightly looked at me while having this excited gleam in his eyes.
"Uh, yeah. Sure. Is that okay with you guys?" He asked toward Jimin and myself.
"Of course, dude! You can be our new and last addition to the group!" Jimin smiled while putting his arm around Taehyung.
