A man stands at her door.

His face lingers in the shadows of his cap. A smirk forming under the umbrella.

She can't help but feel uneasy.

The man looks up and shw finally sees his face. A scary face that she's seen before... she can't seem to remember when and how.

"Are you Alison?" A voice comes out from beneath the shadows. It's old, cold and dark, shrill but low.

The noise the drops of rain makes on her umbrella echoes around her, it gets louder and higher by the minute, like a clock timing her. She hates being pressured, she can't take it.

His eyebrow raises as he waits.

She keeps her mouth shut.

Something catches her eye.

A light shines in his pocket, when he moves, the light reflecting it hits her eye and earns her attention.

A realization hits her.

She knows she shouldn't answer, but maybe she doesn't need to answer.

She quickly goes back inside.

Asami. The name she didn't tell anyone. The name no one ever uses. This is the first time she ever heard it again after her parents disappeared.

As she turns back, something grabs her.

She's suddenly in the arms of the old man from outside her door. A knife is waiting to be used just outside her neck.

"I know what you did. This time it's my turn to hold a knife." His cold breathe hits her nape and makes her quiver.

"I.. I.. I don't know what your saying. HELP!! SOMEBODY HELP!!"

She sees people walk past her. They go on with their daily life, not noticing anything unusual, anything dangerous, what a simple life with no worries.

'Is this a dream? Please tell me this is a dream!'

Blood drips down her shirt. She feels words form on her neck.

K I

"HELP!!!"

A young man runs to her and stops.

'Wake up!!' She tries hitting herself and trying to wake herself up.

Its like she's paralyzed in her dream.

'I can't wake up.'
