I have also been informed - from Cheritz official Tumblr - that once you have purchased the game, it's permanently available for you to play. Cheritz has also stated that the second time you play it, the messages will be different (or something along those lines). They're like little secrets, and the messages can differ depending on your relationship with the characters!
