EIGHT
The next morning I woke up and felt amazing. Awake and happy, actually excited for school.
I got showered and dressed in light tattered skinny jeans and some black leather ankle boots and a white longsleeve and a cami pulled over. I did my makeup and hair, giving it a little heat and a quick tease and spray before I headed downstairs.
"Hey," Beth smiled and gave me a hug.
Tess did the same and I made my coffee.
"So how was it? What's you do?"
"We went to the beach and we were there all day, it was amazing, we had a great time. And then he took me to this great restaurant and then we went to this hotel and... it was just the best time I've had in a while." I said truthfully and smiled biting my bottom lip.
"Hotel?"
"Dish!"
"What'd you do?"
"You better have agreed to it."
I chuckled. "Its fine, we didn't really do anything."
"Define really," Tess said.
My smile just widened a little and my cheeks went hot.
"Oh God I know that smile, enough said! Get your slut asses to school," she said trying to sound irritated and pinched the bridge of her nose.
Me and Beth just laughed as we headed out the door.
When we got to school I took the baby from Cal and declared he was mine for the next three days since I had been skipping.
"It's okay," he chuckled.
"No, this is my project too and it's down to the last couple days, we give him back in three days!" I smiled and bumped my hip on his as we walked down the hall.
"Okay, but I'll still take him during your music classes." He said.
I gave a small nod.
I sat in my seat during math and worked through my probablems without any difficulties and finished it with about twenty minutes to spare. The room was filled with steady chatter as the others coppied and asked for answers. The seat next to mine shifted and Mitch and Jared came over to my tabel.
"Hello," I said leaning down to rearrange the baby.
"Hey, so how's it going with you and Cal?" Jared asked.
"Good," I said.
"That fight was amazing, just to let you know. I feel bad for Chelsea, she got messed up." Mitch said chuckling.
"I haven't seen her since." I said shrugging.
"It's not pretty." Jared threw in.
"At all," Mitch added.
I made a face. "Not like she really was before, the broken nose is probably an improvment."
They laughed.
"What'd she say? I was to out of it to remember." Jared asked.
"She just talked about my dead parents, and said that she slept with Cal a couple weeks ago, like a couple days before we started going out." I shrugged.
"Well she hit you first, I remember that so I'll testify at your hearing." Jared smiled and nudged me.
"That means a lot," I said putting my hand over my heart.
He chuckled.
"How do you know about that?"
"Because Chelsea has been blasting it all over facebook, and the fact that she's getting a nose job. I guess thats realllllllllllly cool," Mitch said giving jazz hands.
