Code 45: Deadly Infection

Chapter 1

The Announcement

As I opened my eyes, the sun was shining in to my room. My mother called up the stairs "Ethan come down the stairs please"

I reply "k' mum, i'll be down in a minute",

I got up out of my bed and I got ready for school. I walked down stairs, my mum made my breakfast.

 

As I was about to eat my breakfast my mum called me in the other room and to watch the news, the news said' 

"Welcome to CCBNews in the morning, today there is some shocking news a, mass infection has begun in Rebout labs, they have not confirmed that this could be really deadly. We all suggest that you all stay inside, untill further notice". 

A scream next door was heard after that report. As me and my mum went to investigate what happened all we saw was blood stains on the wall, stairs and entrance of the door, we then knew it had already begun.

My mum ran and tried to call the hospital, no one answered... My dad woke with the sound of the scream, my dad ran down stairs and ask me and my mother what was that scream I reply with "The Little girl next door died :(" 

My dad tried to call the Hospital as well I told him we already tried. My family were scared of this infection. my head started to feel light, I did not know what was going on... I fainted. my parents took me to hospital, I woke up there 2 days later I asked my parents what happened they said you fainted and was out for 2 days, were lucky to have you alive. The T.V was on in the background it was talking about the infection announced 2 days ago, The infection was announced DEADLY!.

Chapter 2

Sent Away

A week later

My family and me were taken to this base to check us to see if we are infected, I passed and so did my family. We didn't know how long this would go on for, we just thought it may stop after a while like others infections did. my mum was worried sick, my dad was scared and I... Well I, was just Hoping. Another day later we all got sent to live in this base to be safe from the infection or as they now call it 'Code 45', I always wondered in my head if I will live until I die that is now something I need to keep in mind.

As the night came my mum screamed as someone came in to her room and bitten her, me and my dad quickly ran in to her room to see what happened. My mum was on the floor screaming in pain, there was a man, a in infected man, he was groaning my dad punched him and blood got on my dads hand.
