Keepers of the Origin : Winter Falling

Chapter 1

"What are you doing?!" Screeched a Finch who was transparent and looked to be made of pure silver, with a cape swinging behind him as he flew in place. A strange creature, who had a black pelt,  red eyes, razor sharp claws, and a lizard like body structure chuckled, his bone tail wagging behind him "Oh, nothing... nothing at all..." then the Finch began to fly around frantically, and then was pushed back into the stone walls of the temple, as the strange creature pushed himself into the barrier. The horn on his head- which resembled an iguana and a rhino with a ret tip on the horn, broke the barrier, and got on two legs. Soon, an army of finches flew down, with armor and holding shields and spears and swords, began to attack the creature, who sent them flying back with a single sweep of his bone tail. "Didn't they tell you not to mess with a tenebris when you went into training, finch alpha?" The transparent finches eyes widened "No, it can't be!" and the creature ran down into the temple, finch after finch attacking him, but then many more but different red eyes and black furred creatures began to charge into the temple, and then all finches fell to the ground. The creature put the stone of the finches in a bag he had, and walked out with his army, calmly, setting off a trigger that made the finch stone become solid as a rock and gray. 

The finches got up, but became powerless, and their eggs dissapeared. They became worried about the other animals- and what would happen if the origin stones were taken away. In the trees, finches began to dissapear, about half of all. The deputy of the finches- the transparent one, flew to inside the temple, and into the water, and instaid of drowning, he went into another world. "I can't believe this is happening! I must alert the others!" Pressing on a strange rock, the world beneath him began to shake, and an alarm was sent to all leaders and deputies, which were alphas of the sub species, to hide the stones before it became too late. Screeching into the stone, the message was sent as well,"The tenebris are back! They have taken my species stone! What do I do?! The ones still alive are dissapearing!"

       Many leaders gathered around a stone table, their capes dulled in color and their chatters full of fear. The wolf spoke up "These tenebris seem to be more powerful than the ones thousands of years ago." The tiger leader nodded "Yes, and not only that but the finches have lost their flight capabilities, and their eggs are gone! They may all dissapear if we are too late! And don't you remember what happens if you collect one stone of each species or sub species?" The wolf sighed "Yes, Tigris. The true canines told me. But I have received a prophecy from them!" The Iguana leader hissed "Are you sure that is is correct and not one of your silly dreams!?" The wolf leader nodded again "Yes, I'm sure, Lupus. Now here is how it goes: Two creatures, howling and roaring will protect the world from the evil that appears, with special strengths acquired from different places." 

All the leaders listened closely, ready to announce their opinions, before seeing two deity canines fly down and nod, their blue eyes glowing with truth. The deity canines, who's pelts seemed to be made of ore, and eyes seemed to be stars, howled to the alphas "One will be of a different planet- one very familiar from the last time these demons appeared, and the other will be from the Thunder's sky pack- one half of the wings. Watch them closely." The deity canines dipped their heads, dissapearing but two strange lockets appeared on the ground where they floated above. The tiger leader stared in surprise, before looking at the wolf leader, "Well, you were right. These pockets may be what you take to them. I hope that it's right.." The wolf leader nodded, and watched as every other leader dissapeared except for the tiger "Just take these lockets to them. And train them to be helpful." She licked the wolf leafer ear before dissapearing. The wolf leader grabbed the lockets and dissapeared as well.
