Endless Pathway

Finally we were here. Full of cherry blossoms, you can see the bright blue sky. It's not exact forest where you can't see where you are. I don't know how to start and which path should I choose to explore these glamorous natures. There are three paths to where I was standing, they were all the same except for there colors. They all have cherry blossoms at the sides of the pathway, they have different colors such as light pink, white, and dark pink. They were all amazing that you can glare at them forever. We were there for something important, we were there because of our project in our photography class which we should take pictures of nature. It's my course by the way, that is why I take it seriously. At my left side was my other friend who also took photography course, suddenly within a minute he disappear. I wasn't worried anyways for he knows where he was. I start to predict which in those paths have the most beautiful cherry blossoms which they are but maybe there's more than that at the end  of the pathways. So, I started at the middle of those three pathways then as I walk by, I was astound of the beauty of nature that I was in tears of joy. I've never been to such as places like this one, then I suddenly took my camera out of my bag and took every pictures of it. I don't wanna missed the chance to do this for I might not know that someday I will never be at this place again. I felt the halcyon inside of me. 

This place reminds of me so much memories about my life, like that moment when I was in Rome, me and family went to those beautiful places and what's the most exiting part of that was the time I saw my grandma and grandpa after about 10 years. That feeling came back to me and those memories flashed back. I started to walk when I turned back and turned around I was half way through the pathway. Then Alvin came into my mind, where could he had been, did he went to the left side of the pathway or to the right? Neither I guess. I started to worry a little bit, and questions started appearing inside my head. Like, Is he all right?, anyways instead of thinking negatively, I just stared at the cherry blossoms as I passed by them and started to think positively about him. There is a lot of things you can do here actually, you can also dance while playing your favorite song, the width's of the pathway I choose was big and large but I don't know about the length of it. While I was walking, I felt ravenous that feeling you get when you are hungry and need of food. So I grab my bag and searched for food, when I found a sandwich, and also I'll never forget to get my water out of my bag so I can't experience dehydration. 

I was walking about a half an hour now, about 30 minutes or so. I look and turned around I was so far from where I was standing, then I wondered if this pathway is endless. What if there's more than what I've expected and there's more to explore and to see? I looked above, the sun above is starting to disappear and the clouds were turning into something dark like dark grey perhaps, maybe this information tells me that it's going to rain but according to the weather network that I checked before I leaved, there wasn't any possibility of rain this day actually this week. But anyways good thing that I've brought my umbrella even though it wasn't that much what people used nowadays. I wonder about Alvin, does he have umbrella to bring just in case. Alvin and I met together at the University, we made a good team together which led to being best buddies not also that but treating me like his brother as well. 

There it was, the rain eventually fell from the sky. It was a disaster and it's a good thing  I have brought my umbrella with me but who cares  there's my journey awaiting for me with those beautiful cherry blossoms. No one can stop me from doing this job and doing this journey for I have chosen this and there is no time to turned back again and choose another one. When I was walking along the pathway, it was starting to get darker and darker maybe it's going to be evening at that time and I decide to check the time through my phone. It reads 4:45 pm, we arrive here about 3:00 something like that so I was walking for like an hour or so. I considered it as an exercise for me, I only do this things in summer when the weather is nice but you know there is actually some people who do walk and exercise in winter like my neighbor for example who've done it before then eventually stop it since he had been experiencing hyperthermia. I was walking for so long but the path I've chosen was just the same I guess there wasn't any new things every time I expected there is ,and I always thought there was something new ahead of me but there wasn't. Just cherry blossoms. Because of the same view, I eventually got bored of the cherry blossoms even though it was glamorous, and it was a little bit scary now, like the sky is getting darker and all around me is like quite and just really really quite. Instead of thinking and being scared, I just choose to walk then eventually the rain had stopped. It was tiring but I don't wanna lose the hope to see new things. Maybe there is something that is waiting for me, ahead of me. Something that I've never seen before. Something different than cherry blossoms and something more beautiful than it. I have already imagine what I was thinking about, until the time I decided to get some rest at the one side of the cherry blossoms and lay my head over the branch of the tree then suddenly within a minute I fell asleep. 

It was already morning when I woke up, I saw Alvin along the sides of the other cherry blossoms.

" I was searching for you yesterday, last night actually and today,"  He said while taking pictures of the cherry blossoms, " I was worried that something happened to you so I decided to search each paths just to find you. It was very tiring."

" Sorry, I was really tired to yesterday so I decided to take a rest for awhile then I suddenly fell asleep" I replied " But what happened to you though? was there any excitement to the path you have chosen to take the pictures on?"

" You know what we were just all tired so I had a rest for like a minute before I began my journey."

" But how?" I asked.

" Ohh you mean you didn't see me, it is because I was actually at the left side of those three path about a yards away," He replied " There wasn't anything exciting about the left sides of the path I choose , anything but cherry blossoms everywhere I go, then a weird feeling came into my nerves about you. So I was worried that there's something wrong with you. So there I was searching each paths and I couldn't find you so I decided to go through the middle of the pathway to check if you were here. Then there it was, I finally found you"

" Oh that makes sense. But...."

" But what"

" So there wasn't anything exciting at all except for the cherry blossoms?"

" You know James, all I learned from this was to be patient. Patient to wait from something, but according through my experience there wasn't. Maybe there is but who knows right?"

" I assumed to much."

" No you don't , it's just because the pathway is endless so you can't know or be sure if there is any excitement."

" Let's go home then I guess."

" Yes we will, and you know it's very tiring so it's better to go home than to stay here."

I stand up and picked my staff and looked back again from where I was standing like I usually do and whispered to myself " Maybe there is some excitement. The path were just endless."
